Areas of hotel could be cleaner (i.e. elevators). Internet at times was a pain. Great location, nice having washer and dryer in room. Staff was great to deal with - very responsive. Buffet breakfast was good.

This was a very affordable hotel in close proximity to Circular Quay, the Rocks etc. The rooms were spacious and clean and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment when we only paid for a 1 bedroom, which was much appreciated. The only negative was the restaurant downstairs where the service...

Excellent service from the front desk team, couldn't be more helpful. Rooms were a good size for downtown Sydney, perfect for traveling families. Restaurant needs to revisit its service standards, avoided after two miserable attempts.. Overall a great place though.

We stayed just as they were finishing up renovations, and they've done a great job. Plush penthouse feel, apartmemts are bigger than some I've lived in. Restaurant in lobby looked good, but sadly closes for a few hours between breakfast and lunch.

The front desk staff was so friendly, professional and helpful. I had left my laptop and was able to use theirs to complete my business. Definitely save me a second trip. Not to mention the money and time saved

Great service, the pool is really nice and the executive rooms are news and good designed. I can't really say the same about the normals basic ones but still good quality/price. I had a wonderful stay and I totally recommend it.

The only issue was the lifts, it took a while to get down in the morning, being very busy, seemed that only two lifts of the three were working! The apartment was well appointed, clean and relaxing. Suggest having towels available at the pool deck, came back from a run and went straight up to level 18, but couldn't find...

Really good position close to the shops but also The Rocks, Circular Quay, Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge and Botanical Gardens. Lots of restaurants on the quayside and ferries which can take you to the beaches. Only irritation was nearby roadworks on George street where they are putting in new tram lines.

Well equipped and spacious for a studio apartment. The third bed was a small double plenty big enough for a 3rd adult. Modern and very clean. There wasn't any noise from other rooms. Very close to bridge, opera house and circular quay and hop on off bus tour. Good buffet breakfast and could cater for gluten free. That also did...
