Fantastic location within walking distance to the harbour. Very comfortable rooms, and a great rooftop indoor swimming pool, spa and sauna We were in Syndey to go on a cruise, and managed to time it to view the Sydney Vivid light shows, we were able to watch these from the top floor where the pool is. Such a great view over to the opera house. We had a one bedroom unit and it had a view out to the harbour, not directly but on an angle which was still great to us. Everything about staying here was easy, super close to the trains that come and go from the harbour. The only minor thing would be the up hill walk with suitcases was hard going for my older friend with a sore hip, had we known this we would have ordered a taxi I went to book this again and it said that a minimum of 2 nights per day, so sad...

Last minute decided to stay 2 nights here prior to our cruise leaving from the nearby Cruise terminal.. So glad we did! It helped alot as we had our mothers with us so needed seperate rooms so stumbled across the 3 bedroom penthouse room! (had to book seperate room at the prior booked accomodation) This is where it gets great! OMG the view! Yes the rest of the apartment is great.. so much room, everything is clean and tidy etc etc. Back to the view though.. it was perfection.. large windows with viewseverywhere to just sit back and watch everything going on from the Harbour bridge, across to circular quay and then the opera house. You also get a bit of a balcony to go sit out on if you want fresh air. So this complex has 36 floors and we were on floor 29 which at first i thought wouldnt be all that great for views but damn i was wrong! Ok enough of the views from the room part.. im sure you get the point here. So ofcourse this being a 5 star hotel it is up there on the price but for a short stay it was perfect. Highly recommended! close to the CBD, its in a sense across the road to most attractions or a short walk to get transport. I was blwon away by the pool being on level 24 again with amazing views but sadly didnt get the chance to use it. I cant think of anything to fault here. Would definatly love to stay here again when im next in Sydney

The hotel is a 5 min. walk from Circular Quay and The Rocks. We enjoyed the restaurant, Happy Hour, and the lovely pool. The pool area has a walkout balcony with some deck chairs where you can enjoy a sweeping view of Sydney Harbor. The customer service was fantastic. The staff were very responsive to our needs, including calling a taxi for us and making up the sofa bed. The hotel is perfect for families. The double bed can be split into two singles and there is a sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable. No noise issues - very quiet.

My wife and I stayed at the Sebel Quay West Suites for 4 nights and enjoyed our experience. The view of Sydney Harbour and the opera house from our refurbished deluxe 1-bedroom apartment was tremendous. The apartment was spacious (though a bit a sparsely furnished) and had 2 balconies (1 off the bedroom and 1 off the living room), a kitchen with appliances, and a laundry room with a full washer & dryer. The location was also great, just a short walk from The Rocks and Circular Quay.

You guessed it, it was New Year’s Eve. Given the view and the occasion, no complaints. Booked, paid and took care of it in advance, which is the way to go. We checked the rates again, days before the 31st and prices were crazy. What can I say, you get what you pay for. The proximity to Circular Quay was a big bonus as we took the ferries most of the time. Again, that harbour view… worth every penny, and when Sydney welcomed 2024, we got much more than we paid for. I’d like to say, it has the better vantage point that the other two neighboring hotels. Room was big for a 2BR apartment and we did not even get to use half of the space. Bedrooms were evenly spaced, T&Bs were okay, water pressure could have been a tiny bit more but temps were good. Beds were comfortable, pillows too. AC was centralized but upon adjusting it to a bit higher temp, would lead to the AC to really slow down and the room got hot. Minor quip on the kitchenette as some of the cookware and utensils were missing upon check-in. We were all prepped up to cook a storm and we found our drawers and cabinets empty, good thing Housekeeping brought us some upon request. Microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and cook tops were utilized and they were easy to use. Just be careful what you put in the chillers as if it is very similar to the standard content, and you consume more than you bought, you may get charged extra. The Quartier took care of our breakast and they were cooked to order. Order from the menu and you can add extra as you wish. Loved the Vegetarian with a side of bacon, hahaha. It does get busy an hour in. Choices were alright, even for children. A few concerns though: -We did our due diligence but it was only a day before checking-in we found out that the roads going to the hotel were uphill and we travelled with a wheelchair. Better plan ahead if you have mobility issues, there are solutions available. -On the mobility issue again, to go up to the pool, there are still a number of steps and they were spiralling. However, the pool was nice and again, that view! -Housekeeping may have been on a tight schedule that day but when we requested for them to come back later in the afternoon, they came back 5mins later and just cleaned while we still taking our showers. This was reported to the hotel of course. -Might be just us, but there was some mix-up on the charges for the breakfast… they didn’t charge the extras for about four days… we mentioned this to the team and they got it sorted out. But then again, that harbour view, man… waking up to it every morning is unbelievable. We’d easily recommend this hotel for those who wants to see the NYE fireworks indoors with friends/family. But book in advance, it is worth it.

Stayed with family in 2 bed suite for 4 nights, amazing views of the harbour, opera house and bridge. Short walk down to circular quay and the rocks, and easy access to walk or light rail into CBD shops etc. Great service, breakfast is to order, all very good and will cater to special requests, extra coffees, fruit bowl, etc. Hotel itself a little dated, but clean, comfortable and makes up for it in space and location.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights in a harbour view 2 bedroom suite. The views were amazing, overlooking the harbour bridge, opera house and the overseas passenger terminal, we watched the different cruise ships come in each morning. The two rooms had king size beds then there was a fold out lounge for our daughter in the living area. 2 bathrooms was great with 5 of us and there was also a washing machine/dryer in the room as well as a full kitchenette. The swimming pool was excellent again with fantastic views. Reception staff were very helpful and check in/check out was quick and easy. We had breakfast in the restaurant each morning, there was plenty of choice for all family members. We signed up as accor members and received a free bottle of wine too.

The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient, which made for a great start for our stay. The room itself was amazing - we booked a one bedroom city view and were fortunate enough to get a side view of the harbour bridge, which was beautiful to see at night time. The apartment was clean, bright and felt quite spacious. I had requested the sofa bed to be made up for our stay and, as I expected, my 8 year old claimed the bedroom and I was in the lounge room area. I was honestly surprised by how comfortable the bed there was! Easy walking distance to circular quay and surrounds for our boat tour. My son and I loved the indoor pool area. Very happy and wluod again again.

Old and tired hotel. Positive - room was spacious. Negatives - old and worn, bathroom was not super clean, and the air con did not work. Asked for a new room but was told “no.” They offered to bring up fans, but they only had one (not awesome when you have people in two different rooms.
