Good location but there was a construction site right opposite, so it was kind of noisy and annoying. The staffs are friendly except the manager who kinda showed frustration and unfriendly attitude when we asked questions or requested some stuffs.

Great location close to shopping mall, trains and restaurants. Was really noisy in the room though which made it hard to sleep and bed and pillows not very comfortable which was a shame. If you are only there for 1 night it's ok though

The location of the Metro in the centre of the city made it handy to the main city sites. It is within walking distance of Circular Quay, or just two bus stops away. Museum train station is a short walk away and gives quick access to the airport. The room was clean and fresh, the buffet breakfast was adequate, staff...

Pretty good value for money and the location was good for me. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom the same. A/C took a while to cool the room down, though. Basic buffet breakfast that was OK for the $15 prepayment.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. High rise construct across the street can be noisy during working hours. The free in room WIFI was excellent with fast speed. Did have problems making local phone calls from room. The few calls I had to make had to have the front desk dial numbers. They did not know what the problems...

good local. Clean. Nice facilities and staff. Breakfast ok. Bit loud with construction over the road in the morning. Overall good value (for Sydney...) and would stay there again. Some decent eating spots within walking distance

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, friendly staff, hotel location fantastic right near town hall station and numerous bus stops. Room nice and clean, shower was great, it was hot with good high pressure water flow. Easy 24hr access and free wifi, always a plus! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend travellers to stay, in this hotel.
