Great central location. Studio apartment well equipped and comfortable but not as good as Adina in Adelaide. Air con couldn't cope with 40 degree temps and was noisy. Room temp 27 degrees ! Provided with rickety and dirty fan to compensate. In need of redecoration in places. Bed divan torn and tatty, mattress very creaky and worn. Overall fine as...

Spacious apartments - great location. We were on a girls trip and had all single beds. The only downside was the in house menu and food in the restaurant was 2 star. No view from our room but we weren't worried.

Booked to stay three nights. Check in was appalling, no smile, no hello - just "photo ID and credit card for security holding thanks" No warmth, no friendly welcome. Got to the room and found the kitchenette was a very small bar with 1/3 size fridge. Not as expected. Girl's hens party in room next door, squealing and yelling. Went...

My family and I (4 adults) stayed in this hotel for a short visit in Sydney before getting on the cruise. It was very close to the town hall station, which made it easy to get around Sydney. The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The kitchen was also clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils so we...

I was on a recent business last week, and was sharing the room with a colleague. It was so much better than regular hotels with plenty of room to move, all the essential minibar and toiletry supplies, and friendly helpful staff on every interaction with them. I'll be back.

Had 1 bedroom apartment which had well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for central location. Rooms were clean. Towels changed daily but my sheets were not in the four nights I stayed. We had nice view of darling harbour. Gym was well equipped. Pool small. One day room not made up which was disappointing. When I rang to enquire...

Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment but was actually 2 seperate adjoining apartment. It was great. Kids had the one apartment to themselves. Rooms were modern and spacious. It has great views which we were able to see the fireworks in darling harbour. It is only about 10 mims walk to darling harbour and 5 mins to Chinatown. In the...

The staff here were very friendly and helpful but the apartment itself could do with a good clean. It was mainly tables, chairs and bench tops but the cook top in particular could have been cleaned much better.

This hotel is in the perfect location to experience all of Sydney. It's a short walk to many restaurants and ferry services. The rooms were perfect for two couples trying to save some money while on vacation.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
