Did the job, but not any luxury. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 26th floor of the Adina complex. The room was a good size, with two separate bedrooms, one ensuite bathroom and one bathroom. Kitchen had a vast array of utensils and implements, which we did not use but would be handy for a long stay....

I stayed there for five nights because it is so convenient to everything. Transport, shopping, restaurants, cafes are just at your doorstep. Housekeeping is good too. I got a room on a high floor, but the bathroom ceiling was leaking when I checked in. I asked if they have any dental kits or slippers as I had a friend visiting...

The Adina Hotel was perfectly located for our stay in Sydney - Bridge Climb and Taronga Zoo. Staff were all very courteous, and the rooms itself was superb. Our balcony looked out onto Darling Harbour and the old Clock Tower. Kitchen was well equipped, laundry facilities spot on, clean and tidy! Would not hesitate to recommend!

Located literally 2 mins walk from Town Hall train station this hotel is in a great spot for shopping eating out and travelling around Sydney. Spacious well appointed rooms, lovely heated pool that was so warm and a sauna plus gym. Friendly staff and most of all quiet so we had restful sleep after our busy days of sight seeing....

I didn't plan to stay here at first, but my original hotel was undergoing renovations. The room was clean, well appointed and the windows were openable (which is very important to me). I sometimes host overseas visitors in Sydney and Adina apts will be top of the list!

Good location, big space for studio room. However, bedroom air is a bit stuffy. Hotel services can be better. We were interrupted twice, first time the staff even opened the hotel door. Anyhow, overall the room was not too bad.

Good location, handy to shopping and railway station. Good sized apartment for 2. Well equipped kitchen. Service was not very thorough, some things were attended to, others weren't. Quite noisy and the air con was really noisy so you had to have that on rather than leave windows open for sleeping. There is an indoor swimming pool but didn't bother...

The location of the hotel is very central and close to transport so convenient for getting about Sydney. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious. Having on-site parking is also a benefit.

We paid for a twin share room (normally double beds). This hotel only offered 2 singles and no sofa bed. Rooms smelly and not clean. Furnishings and appliances aged and not cleaned well. Bathroom a bit dirty. Would expect better for the price per room. Waited an hour after guaranteed check in until room was ready (5 hours after arrival)!...

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
