Stayed here for one night paid for by business to attend a gala event. We were quite excited to stay here as the name Four Seasons is synonymous with luxury and service. The location of the hotel can not be faulted with so much within walking distance including the two most iconic land marks in Sydney. The service definitely delivered...

This was my second time in three months staying at the Sydney location. Both times I stayed for 12 nights. I come to Sydney for business regularly and the key differentiator for someone like me who stays at hotels 50-60 nights a year is the level of service that I get at the Four Seasons in Sydney. Despite being one...

My husband and I stayed with four seasons Sydney for our wedding and have since been very regular guests. The Four Seasons Sydney is our first choice amount any accomodation in Sydney and no other hotel comes close to the service and quality we receive there.

Exactly what it promises - amazing and attentive staff, beautiful facilities, views from our room were spot on. The restaurant Pei was also amazingly delicious, great to come back to after a day exploring. Best part has to be the location though - 3-5 minute casual stroll to the harbor with gorgeous views of the opera house and harbor bridge....

Location, location and location. The location is perfect, the Opera House and Harbour Bridge are just down the road. QVB, Westfield, Pitt St and George St are walking distance from the hotel, I would say 10 to 15 minutes walk. You can even walk to Darling Harbour! Basically you can walk everywhere. The staff were ever so friendly, from the...

Location is very good. You can walk to many places including the port. The hotel is nice with great rooms, I also used the executive club on top floor which offers food drinks and views all day with a small daily price. Definitely will return !!!!

The rooms in a hotel have already seen their best times but the staff is very helpfull and nice. The location is just great. You see the Opera House from your window and the Circular Quay with the boats and all the life down there.

Fantastic harbour views, excellent and friendly staff and a turn down service which was a surprise in the evening. A very central hotel with a short walk to circular quay and the rocks. Easy access to the ferry terminal and the train. We had a king bed and it was incredibly comfortable and huge! Overall a great stay and as...

Staying in The Rocks

Neighbourhood Profile
The Rocks
The first residents of the Rocks were convicts and sailors from the old nation. As the oldest neighbourhood in the city, the area's cobblestone streets host more than 100 heritage sites and buildings, including the oldest house in Sydney, Camden Cottage, which was built in 1816. Taste a “midi “ or a “schooner” of beer and dine “al fresco” on the waterfront at some of the oldest pubs in Sydney. The weekend markets at the Rocks are where you can find local artists' hand-made souvenirs, organic food and designer jewelry in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. To enjoy some of the best Australian and international contemporary art, the MCA museum is open every day and select evenings. At the end of a long day of sightseeing, be sure to save energy to dance the night away at the area's many late night entertainment venues.
