We were put in room 508, we weren't told it was a disabled access room or that the marathon in the city the following day would drastically affect their valet service which was frustrating. If you're in this room be prepared to walk, I'm talking like a 5 minute walk from the elevator, it's ridiculous. Also upon arrival the room...

Nice big hotel in a good location in Sydney. Rooms are fine and the hotel has good amenities. My issue is the service. The staff were pretty average and I had to wait 11 hours to have a bedding configuration and room change sorted out. The reception staff were pretty useless and I was overwhelmingly frustrated by the situation. The...

Stayed for a week over the new year period. Found the hotel rather pretentious. Originally booked hotel when still under the Sheraton brand. Looked forward to ending our Australia tour in a special hotel but found it totally underwhelming. I contacted the concierge to arrange airport transfer for 4 people and luggage the price quoted turned out to be for...

We stayed here for a night to attend a function within the hotel. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The service was cheerful and quick. The hotel as a whole was amazing. The buffet breakfast sensational - one of the best that I have had. The function room was large with plenty of space. The service and finger food...

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
