We stayed in the Deluxe Suite because everything else was full. When we arrived around 10:30am, the room wasn't ready. The staff at the reception was polite, but not friendly. The Suite we finally received when we returned in the evening didn't look like on the pictures provided on booking.com at all, it didn't have dining area and only one...

When I realised I had a spa and there was no plug, I asked reception for one... I returned to my room with a sink plug waiting for me... Other than that, it was wonderful! Especially Kate who booked me in and checked me out.

Found the hotel to be very mediocre. The Wifi was terrible, the elevator doesn't reach all floors, and the hallways smell like mouldy carpet. My room was ok, but my friends room was terrible. Also very noisy.

We had a lovely stay, beds were firm but we slept well. I was staying 2 nights, first night with my husband and second night with my girlfriend. When checking into our twin bed room they suggested the bed could be made a king size for one night and then split into twins the second night, what a great idea...

Disappointed with everything about my stay, the bed, the greeting and including the restaurant. Both dinner and breakfast was terrible and the best they could offer was a free coffee which I got charged for so overall not happy. However the location was good which for easy access and a short walk into the CBD and nearby park.

Never go as three single people on holiday...hotels do not cater well for this combination. Why not be gars belief since people are living longer, women more than men. This decor is old, dark..general areas appear rundown. Thank goodness the room was clean and painted white as the outlook..couldn't see it through the dirty windows on the 6th floor. Rooftop...

Good location, near Museum station and pickup point for local tour company. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wifi poor despite being told it had been improved from last visit. Hotel due for refurb this year so check before you book as may be noisy during the day.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
