Fantastic stay and GM, very customer orientated. The property could do with a refurbishment.Wear and tear was very evident. Great environmental awareness to no plastics. All single use bathroom accessories are being phased out.

Our apartment was just beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location of the Pinnacle is great, within walking distance of ferries and restaurants. Helen and Marjit were efficient, helpful and friendly.

First of all the service from the front desk ewas nothing short of first class. Marjit and Helen thank you. The rooftop BBQ was great and we had many dinners up there. The rooms are spacious and practical with a big dining table and huge master bathroom and bedroom. Stay here, it's a must

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on 1st floor. Traffic was loud all hours of the night. Each time the lights cycled we heard the crossing beeps loud and clear. Fire station was just up the road, when the trucks turned out for a fire alarm the sirens would be going on the building and trucks. I did complain after the first night and was advised basically to get over it and appreciate that it was a city location close to attractions. Also no other rooms available to move to for the rest of our stay. Very disappointed when I booked back in September I would have expected a hell of a lot better service from this Club I have been contributing to for many years.

I'm so sorry you were disappointed and do hope you'll give us another chance, Voyage595729. As an Accor Vacation Club 'Members Only' property in a great location, we are almost invariably at 100% occupancy, which means there will always be members staying in apartments on Level 1. While the bedrooms are double glazed, I do appreciate some members find Level 1 less than peaceful and we certainly do our best to ensure they are are accommodated higher on their next stay.

This was my 4 or 5 stay at The Pinnacle, I keep coming back as it's such a great place to work and stay. I am not a fan of big corporate hotels and that's what I like about this place, plenty of space to work and a great location to walk into the City for meetings. Incredible service - Helen and Kyong are BRILLIANT! I couldn't recommend The Pinnacle more.

Had the most relaxing time. Everything was in walking distance from the Lyric Theatre just down the road where we saw Hamilton to the shopping in Darling Harbour and exploring the Maritime Museum. Coles and Liquorland just down the hill if we wanted to eat back at the apartment and great coffee shop around the corner. The wonderful views from the Roof to garden and the apartment had everything you could need. Helen the manager was ery friendly and informative about where to go and the best way to get there. Would definitely be back again.

This has to be one of the best located apartments in Sydney The location allows you to enjoy all that Darling Harbour has to offer from The Star at your backdoor along with a Coles and Liqourland or you can just walk across the Pyrmont Bridge and be in the CBD in 10 minutes. The two bedroom apartment we stayed in had a balcony with city views and is so well equipped. You dont have appliances like this has in your own home. The staff are excellent people and very friendly. We will be back.

Best Sydney Holiday Accomodation ever This was the 2nd stage of celebrating my husbands 70th and we were joined by my brother and sister-in-law for 3 nights. The apartment fully exceeded our expectations with size, amenities and ambience. We checked in on Sunday assisted by the helpful Manjit when we arrived early. We went to explore and our bags kept safe & then put in our room. Monday we met the delightful Helen at last. Rather than arriving at booked accomodation we felt like we were returning home. The area is amazing of course and I could have gone back to the Sydney Fish Market once discovered. I am plotting returning in a warmer month, using the roof top area and explore more of the abundance of restaurants in the area. The service was warm, knowledgeable and made us feel special, even the acknowledgement of my husbands milestone birthday.. Thanks Helen, Manjit and all the team we didn’t meet from Room 3007. The Pinnacle became a firm favourite after 1 stay. Hope to book again in 2022.
