The Sebel is so well located it's hard to beat. We use this property to explore Sydney. Knowing each night we'd come back to our very spacious apartment with full amenities is great, we can either eat out, cook and eat in or bring takeaway back to eat. The laundry is also great to clean the "city" off your clothes and go home fresh. Helen & Manjit are always so welcoming and helpful with information on the city and surrounds, they are wonderful.

From the start we felt welcomed at The Pinnacles as Helen had made contact to ensure all was well for our arrival. We had parking available which was great and as it is so close to the city we did not have to drive once. The position is great! Close to Darling Harbour and then a short walk to the city to see everything or get on public transport. Being so close to the harbour meant we could catch ferries to other sights as well. The view from the top of the building was the perfect spot to watch the fireworks and Helen organised a fabulous party for all the guests! It was such a great night and made our stay so special. The apartment we had was on the 2nd floor and we had absolutely no noise from traffic. The apartment was well laid out and everything we needed was available in the kitchen, a big plus was the Nespresso machine that my husband could not do without! A big fridge meant we could keep lots of lovely happy hour food and drinks and sit on the balcony to watch the world go by! The main bathroom is huge and the bath came in handy to wash away the walks we did! I have to say the shower head is possibly the best one I've ever used! The beds were comfortable and large so you didn't feel hemmed in at all. The living room had lots of seating and the tv was a good size. The decor is lovely, felt luxurious and had photos of Sydney which felt just right! The little touches Helen makes really helps make the stay wonderful and will stay in our memories for ever.

The room was very well appointed and extremely comfortable. Everything you would want for your stay is here. The building is very well situated with a large number of quality dining options, pubs, cafes and supermarkets within a very short walk. Our host was very friendly and engaging and a wealth of information on dining and attractions. There is an expansive rooftop deck with good views of the surrounds that is ideal for lunch or diner with a view.
A couple of dining recommendations are The Little Snail (French Australian) and the Dunkirk Hotel Inferno Grill (Greek Australian). If staying in Sydney for some time I recommend downloading the "Eat Club" app for good dining discounts.

The Sebel Darling Harbour The Pinnacle has well appointed and homely apartments in an excellent location with secure parking. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment that was perfect for relaxing, with lots of things to do for children near-by and easy access to the city, taxis, light rail and ferry services. The general manager Helen was a wonderful hostess and we enjoyed meeting other guests on the rooftop entertainment area. We have stayed three times in the past and will continue to make this our first choice when visiting Sydney.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on 1st floor. Traffic was loud all hours of the night. Each time the lights cycled we heard the crossing beeps loud and clear. Fire station was just up the road, when the trucks turned out for a fire alarm the sirens would be going on the building and trucks. I did complain after the first night and was advised basically to get over it and appreciate that it was a city location close to attractions. Also no other rooms available to move to for the rest of our stay. Very disappointed when I booked back in September I would have expected a hell of a lot better service from this Club I have been contributing to for many years.

I'm so sorry you were disappointed and do hope you'll give us another chance, Voyage595729. As an Accor Vacation Club 'Members Only' property in a great location, we are almost invariably at 100% occupancy, which means there will always be members staying in apartments on Level 1. While the bedrooms are double glazed, I do appreciate some members find Level 1 less than peaceful and we certainly do our best to ensure they are are accommodated higher on their next stay.

I stayed three nights at the Sebel Darling Harbour The Pinnacle.
The location is very convenient with easy access to Central via the light rail and Circular Quay via ferry making it easy to travel throughout Sydney. Easy walk to Darling Harbour, the CBD, the Maritime Museum and the Sydney Fish Market.
The accommodation provided everything expected from a high quality hotel with the additional amenity of an immaculate roof top terrace with BBQ facilities, a putting green and a wonderful view of the Sydney skyline.
The manger was always helpful and had great knowledge about the Pyrmont area.
Top place to stay.
The location is very convenient with easy access to Central via the light rail and Circular Quay via ferry making it easy to travel throughout Sydney. Easy walk to Darling Harbour, the CBD, the Maritime Museum and the Sydney Fish Market.

We have stayed on several occasions at the Sebel Pinnacle Sydney, and would highly recommend this property. The location is excellent on the corner of Pyrmont Bridge Road- easy walk to Barangaroo, also to David Jones and the City Centre.
Taxis are also readily available right outside the apartments. The Sydney Ferry service is five minute walk to Darling Harbour. The apartments are beautifully appointed and superbly run by a building manager on site every day.

This has to be one of the best located apartments in Sydney
The location allows you to enjoy all that Darling Harbour has to offer from The Star at your backdoor along with a Coles and Liqourland or you can just walk across the Pyrmont Bridge and be in the CBD in 10 minutes.
The two bedroom apartment we stayed in had a balcony with city views and is so well equipped. You dont have appliances like this has in your own home.
The staff are excellent people and very friendly.
We will be back.

We stayed a week here on our return to Sydney for a visit. A family of four in a two bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious and CLEAN with a well equipped kitchen. The underground carpark is the same way in and out, tight but ok. The rooftop lounge area is a must to enjoy the sunset and cityscape.
Upon arrival, we were met by the building Manager, Helen. An absolutely wonderful lady, she runs a tight ship at The Sebel Pinnacle and as a member of Accor Vacations Club, I appreciate this, to ensure the property is well maintained and comfortable for guests. Even the garbage room was tidy and well kept.
I would only add that the washing machine and dryer by cleaned out more regularly if possible.
The location of the apartment is superb, a 10 minute walk to access the CBD area and Chinatown. The next block is the Star City Casino and a well stocked supermarket for all your supplies. Within walking distance to several museums. Public transport aplenty including the light rail and ferry terminal.
I hear a refurb is on the cards, after it reopens, I hope to come back and stay again on my next visit to Sydney!

Arriving early, we left our luggage to return an hour later to find that Helen had put it our room which was ready by then. The location is convenient to the light rail, ferry and a reasonable stroll down to the restaurants in Darling Harbour. There are also buses but I have never investigated these.
The two bedroom units provide plenty of room for two couples, and good amenities for entertaining a small group. That together with the wonderful service provided by Helen and her team make this our accommodation of choice whenever in Sydney.

I am not sure. I did not see any pets about though.
NO they are fully self contained units However you can walkto any of the darling Harbour eateries in 5 minutes or their are little cafes and Star City next door

Unfortunately dry cleaning service is not available at The Sebel Darling Habour The Pinnacle, however there is a dry cleaner located on Harris Street (no more than 4 minutes walk from the property). Garments in by 11am on the day can be collected at 6pm.
