This building isn't a hotel. Owners have recently been issued with Court orders restraining the use of units for any purposes other than permanent residential accommodation. Please be mindful of this if anyone is offering you a short term stay. This building is not serviced by any form of proper reception, is not a hotel, and does not have suitable... More

We stayed in the Bridgeport because I thought the location was great. That was a big mistake. The staff at reception is the rudest I've ever seen in Sydney. They don't greet guests and don't look at them/acknowledge them when they arrive. If you have an issue and need their help, they will make you understand that you are annoying... More

We stayed 5 nights in room 1511, a one bedroom superior apartment. Apartment was nicely refurbished and comfortable, but not clean. Mildew in the shower, dirty kitchen shelves and floor around toilet not clean. No WIFI was an issue. Nice high floor facing the Quay, but view is restricted, can see the bridge from the bedroom only. Fantastic location though... More

The room was clean and acceptable for the rate, but I wouldn't stay here again due to the outside noise affecting my sleep. Staying in the CBD, one expects a bit of noise so I bought ear plugs with me but they didn't really help and were quite uncomfortable to have in while trying to sleep. There were sirens throughout... We loved the location of the hotel. A couple of blocks to Circular Quay and a couple of blocks to the gardens. My husband and I are runners, so we loved waking up in the mornings and going for a run through the gardens. We have been to Sydney many times but have never stayed in this location. It truly... We stayed in a 2 bedrooms apartment and it was clean and came with cookeries. The place is spacious and the location is wonderful as it is only few minutes walk from Circular Quay. The only thing that I was not satisfied with the accommodation is that my other family members who stayed in a superior studio got a room... More

We stayed here Mon to Fri 4 nights mid March, excellent location to all the touristy spots & not far from anywhere. We had a 2 bed 2 bath apartment for 2 couples which cost $600 per couple. Just what we needed as visitors we were out majority of the time but was nice to come back to a nice... More

I stayed for a week. It's a great location and modest but functional room. They also supply quite a few pay TV channels but hardly any tea/coffee & nothing simple like pepper/salt. The main issue I had was the door doesn't automatically lock. I found this out when some neighbours opened my door by mistake. You have to lock the... More

We were looking for 2 bedroom apartment for 3N 4D Sydney family trip. The apartment had an elite look with centralised heating. One Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Utensils and kitchen ware were sufficiently provided, laundry - washing machine and dryer provided. Most of all, the view from drawing room was excellent, our apartment was facing Harbour bridge and Circular Quay.... More

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
