Stayed here for three nights. On arrival it was found that the lodge did not have my booking (booked through Agoda). Completely understand this was not the fault of the hotel and appreciated them checking with exisiting bookings to see if there was a cancellation. While trying to contact Agoda to organise what had happened the lodge found a cancellation. However at this point in time they would not put a hold on the room and left the room to be booked by someone else while I was trying my hardest to contact Agoda. Booking was finally resolved and had to pay an extra $60 for the three nights as even though on my end it had been booked with a private bathroom this was not the case on there end. The lodge itself was in a great location and the refurbishments have improved the quality of the place. The lodge itself had no air conditioning and just a fan and couldn’t figure out how to open any windows. The bathroom was functional. The overall cleanliness was ok and rooms weren’t cleaned daily and I was not provided with fresh towers daily either (unsure if this was suppose to be included or not)

I stayed here with my daughter and can recommend this cute little hotel. It’s clean and very tastefully decorated. The rooms aren’t big but have everything you need. The host was very welcoming and all the staff were very friendly. As mentioned in their ad some of their toilets are just outside your room but this isn’t really a problem. The beds were comfortable , it’s a good value for money hotel.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Bayswater lodge est très bien situé pour découvrir Sydney. Le studio est petit, mais confortable et la literie est bonne. Marty est arrangeant et il est facile de communiquer avec lui.

A very small but extremely comfortable boutique hotel in a convenient location close to Potts Point. The price is extremely reasonable and the rooms very spacious - mine had a delightful, leafy balcony. I will certainly be back!
