Location is fabulous, near Darling Harbour and within walking distance of George St, other great locations like The Rocks, Harbour Bridge however the small room was very disappointing. Minimal provision was made for coffee making etc Service was poor in that rooms were cleaned in the afternoon to a some what suitable standard, towels were not replaced Based on our...

Friendly staff, great location for access to Darling Harbor, and yet walking distance to George Street. Decent amenities for the price, clean, coffee in room, quiet. Airport shuttle pick up at hotel is quite convenient. Definitely would stay there again.

Nice clean hotel, room small but suitable for short overnight stay. Staff friendly. Location was good, easy walk to Harbour and Wharf. Liked best that it was clean, bed comfortable. Liked worse - that the room was quite small.

My husband and I stayed here for one night as we were going to the theatre. The room, I have to say is small with only two small windows for daylight and the bathroom is not big enouth for two people. The room was clean, but I found it very claustrophobic. The staff were friendly and the breakfast OK. ....

Another hotel I've stayed in whilst in Sydney on business. January rates were around $169 a night so quite reasonable for the price - rates later on in the year or on weekends are higher and are less value for money. Rates now in Feb are $269 a night and not worth it. Relatively small but good clean rooms. No...

Dear Traveller, Thanks so much for your post on Trip Advisor. I am also pleased that you have been able to associate our great brand with the great Ikea brand, perhaps I can get marketing to work on a partnership. The city does work on a dynamic price strategy so it pays to book as early as possible when travelling....

We recently spent 3 terrible nights at this hotel. The room is about the size of a prison cell, probably smaller. There was no place to put our suitcases, so they had to leave them on the floor and we had to step over them. If one of us wanted to move around the bed the other had to stay...

Dear Traveller, I thank you for your post on Trip Advisor. I certainly was dissapointed to read about your recent stay with us and that it was not memorable for the right reasons. My wife and I had booked a Dinner Cruise on Sydney Harbour. The Hotel was very close to King Street Wharf and Darling Harbour. While the room was small, it suited our needs perfectly. Customer Service from the staff was very good. Great value. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

I was flown to Sydney for a meeting. And this is where the meeting organiser booked for me. The room was small but very functional for two people for an overnight. There was also a little daybed and desk in the room. The view out was of the office building next door but that didn't worry me. The room was...
