Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean but there are some stains in the bathroom. The go and grab breakfast is a nice touch. The hotel is very near to the station. There is a homeless man sleeping outside the station.

Great location to explore Sydney, very close to train station, 2 stops from airport, 20 mins to Circular Quay. Supermarket nearby. We loved the breakfast provided and the all-day-coffee. Very friendly staff.

Rooms are very small but clean and adequate for an overnight stay. Fridge, microwave, utensils, jug all provided. 10 minute walk to Woolworths Metro, rail station, cafes. Only negative is car parking very difficult

Hotel represents good value for money & a convenient location for getting to the airport. Earplugs are a must as despite the double glazing the noise from the street was very loud. It wasn't helped by the large gap between the top & bottom of the door to enter the room which also let in noise from other guests. There was so much ambient light in the room (from streetlights & under the door) it made sleep difficult. The lack of a deadbolt, lock or any other mechanism to secure the door from the inside made me feel unsafe. Lack of accessible powerpoints near bed also an issue. Coffee station on level 1 was a nice touch, however was missing milk and anywhere to make tea with the provided teabags.

Very hard to understand the person at reception. Very heavy accent. Would have been nice to have some tissues and a face washer in bathroom. Rooms are quite noisey. Can here people talking at night and using the microwave. The room was spacious. Coffee machine and snack station was great.
