This is a great motel. We turned up late in the afternoon on Friday 1st March without a booking and were greeted with a smile. Wonderful room, great pool and nothing was a problem. Good location to the local amenities and very comfortable beds. The room had everything you could need, even fresh milk for the morning coffee. Much better than some big name hotels - 5 Gold Stars to Lyn and Arthur - FYI, I stay at a lot of hotels!
I would recommend to anyone who wants a friendly atmosphere, great location and comfort. Will stay there again when next in Coffs Harbour. Thank you Lyn and Arthur...and Cooper Jackson, of course. Martin and Sarah (UK)

Great location, easy walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, bottle shop and taverns. The owners are just lovely and have a beautiful German Shepherd who loves pats. The owners are gay friendly and keep the place spotless, one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. Rooms are large, quiet with a comfortable bed, there are an abundance of USB charges throughout the room including next to your bed so your devices are on hand and charged, there is even several electric vehicle charging stations next to the main office.
This was a last minute booking for me and my partner and the room quality, location exceeded our expectations.

We stayed here for four nights over New Year, with family in places nearby.
Our motel room had a comfortable queen bed, a sofa and TV with Netflix available ( using our own log in), bathroom and a kitchenette.
The kitchenette had everything we needed for a four day stay. We had our own cereal and bread for breakfast, and ability to make sandwiches for lunch. Tea, coffee and milk were provided, as well as a jug, toaster, microwave and small fridge. Crockery and cutlery were also provided.
Our room was serviced daily if required - we usually just topped up on coffee, cleared the rubbish and changed our towels once. We did ask for a more thorough service one day and came back to a lovely clean, vacuumed room with sparkling bathroom
The managers were cheery and helpful. We didn’t use the pool or BBQ, but both looked good.
Overall, our stay was very good. It was clean and comfortable, quiet and close to shops and the beach.

1940’s motel perfectly preserved with original furnishings.
Someone pounded on the door yelling something and of course I didn’t open the door.. I tried to call the manager to find out what was happening. The room phone doesn’t work. It’s apparently just for show. To make it look like the room was upgraded. The guy eventually went away Then a little later the manager opened the door with his key while I was in the shower and my wife was changing into pajamas. Fortunately the door was blocked. He told my wife I needed to move my car because it was parked not centered.
We made sure the door was blocked after that.

Booked direct with the motel via their website- hassle free and offered a better tariff than booking through a third party. Check in was fast and efficient - both Arthur and Lyn are very welcoming and provided some extra suggestions for sightseeing in the area. The room was very well presented and equipped. Daily servicing was of a high standard. Room was very quiet and there was adequate on site parking.

Easy on line booking process. Friendly greeting on arrival and good local dinner recommendations. The motel isn’t new but the moment we entered the room we noticed the attention to detail and customer comfort. First you didn’t have to ask for the free wifi password. Stan and Netflix available. Crockery and utensils with the microwave would allow you to prepare simple meals. There was even a paring knife and a corkscrew. The instant coffee was better than the usual bitter stuff. The 5 outlet USB charging port next to the bed was handy and they even have make up remover wipes. Then you go outside and see they have 2 Tesla charging points, 2 bbqs in the pool area with tables and chairs a large sun shade and an outdoor TV. Upgrades to bathrooms are underway but everything was clean and there were spare pillows. Well done folks you know what you are doing.

You Tube was a hit with our young kids. Average rating for cleanliness. Was woken by other guests through the night, not very soundproof 🙁. Heavy cleaning smell, some might find it reassuring but the chemically smell gave me a headache, felt the smell was to mask something undesirable…? On site car parking very narrow.

This is an amazing motel in Coffs Harbour just a couple of minutes walk from a beautiful beach, wonderful restaurants and French patisserie. The room was beautifully clean and very spacious. Lyn very generously drove me into town and to the airport. The room had a lovely little kitchenette and large fresh white towels. I highly recommend this fabulous motel. Travelling for business, wanted quiet accommodation away from the main road.
First time I stayed here, warm welcome from the owners and great advise on local food options and walking tracks along beach.
My room was quiet, spotlessly clean with all the amenities I needed. The multi USB charging station next to the bed was a great touch.
Will stay here again next time in Coffs.

A very welcoming place and very friendly manager. We arrived pretty shattered after a 7 hour drive and was very grateful for the advise to pick up food on our way, so we would not have to go out again. The room was clean, comfortable and a great shower head. The owners were very accommodating as we can’t climb stairs and she put us down on the ground floor. The motel is very busy but it was very quiet at night. We both got a great nights sleep. We stayed again on our way back to Brisbane and it was exactly the same again. Will recommend and definitely stay again when in Coffs.
