Detailed Reviews
We spent 2 nights here (family of 6), and it was fantastic. Our 2 bedroom apartment had a very well stocked kitchen (plenty of bowls, pots, utensils and appliances). Having a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the unit made holidaying with a large family much easier. AC in every bedroom and living area, plus ceiling plans in the bedrooms. The apartment was very clean, and had all the extras of toiletries, washing detergent, laundry detergent, tea/coffee/salt provided. The place had a lovely tropical feel, with beautifully maintained grounds. The staff were very friendly (I met several of them because I kept going back to check if anyone had cancelled their stay so we could extend our visit). It’s close to beaches, shops and not far from the Big Banana. We will definitely be planning another trip there.

We stayed here for a couple of nights on our way up north. Apartments were large with good sized rooms but ours was a bit dark.
There are great facilities, good sized pool, bbq and areas for eating and nice, well maintained gardens. It seemed particularly popular with families with younger children.
Our only criticism would be that the free wifi was limited to 500mb and then you had to pay for any further use. Possibly not a problem if you have younger kids or you’re trying a digital detox!

A smaller resort, that feels more personal than the larger resorts. The staff are great, knowledgeable and very helpful. The rooms are spotless, and while the one bedroom unit is a bit tight for 3 adults, we never stay in the room as there's so much to explore in the area.. We have also stayed in the 2 bedroom units previously and they are great for 4 adults.

Apartment was ok. Bathroom and toilet super small, BBQs have no gas or are filled to only 10% full making use of BBQ impossible or so low heat that food didn't cook and had to finish cooking inside.
Coffee machine stocked with just 1 day's coffee pods for a 4 day stay... for $285/night i expected better.
But by far the biggest issue was NON-FUNCTIONING WIFI. more specifically, an archaic wifi setup that requires a login after connecting to the wifi network, which meant my work laptop, chromecast, and kid's switch all could not connect to the network, which basically ruined our holiday as we had no netflix, no kid's entertainment, and forced to use my phone's internet just for basically internet browsing.
Unacceptable in 2020 and at $285/night, would never come again on this fact alone and would strongly recommend avoiding unless you have no need of internet.

I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay with us. We have 3 BBQ areas throughout the resort and gas bottles are regularly checked so I can only assume that there had been increased demand on the BBQ that you were using. We do provide facilities such as coffee machines and offer a welcome pack for guests as is customary for self contained accommodation, however, further supply of condiments can either be purchased from Reception or supplied at a guests discretion. I appreciate your review of our wifi system. We have recently upgraded our system and to our knowledge this system has worked well. I am uncertain why you had issues. Our wifi package offers 500Mb for free and when that is used guests can purchase up to 40Gb for $20 for 4 devices. Our games room and onsite facilities also provide indoor and outdoor entertainment options.

this resort has all you need for a good holiday. unfortunately one has to take into account the Covid situation which makes socializing difficult. on previous visits to this location we have had a great holiday being able to socialise with other residents.

+1
We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of our two bedroom apartment with well equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, close to beautiful Korora Beach and Coffs Harbour. Although it was too cold to use the pool in June, people seemed to enjoy the heated spa and we loved the communal outdoor kitchen with great barbecues, pizza oven and lots of comfortable seating areas. We had a great week with friends in Coffs and although there are many really good dining options, we had so much fun preparing cook outs in the open air. Hope to return! Thanks Vivienne!

Nice and well kept rooms and grounds. Pool/Spa facilies were good. Kids games rooms was better than most I have seen at resorts. BBQ areas were nice. WiFi speeds were really good for a resort. The resort is quite isolated so need to drive everywhere although drive to most nearby facilities/sites/restaurants is reasonably short.
Stove top but no oven in rooms but a few webers available in bbq areas for roasting meat. Tennis courts are no longer available.
Would recommend for a nice relaxing holdiday

Lovely place to stay, booked for seven nights through Classic Holidays, gardens are beautiful and pool and bbq area is all you could expect. We stayed in room 4, it is on the first floor with seventeen steps up to it, but once you have unloaded all your gear the steps are no problem. The unit was nice and clean with all inclusions. Staff was friendly and helpful. The resort is a little out of town but that didn’t present a problem, the in room information sheets will point you in the right direction. Would recommend Korora Bay Resort for a nice getaway in Coffs Harbour, a town that offers lots to see and do coupled with some beautiful beaches.

The Korora Bay Village Resort definitely provides you with a great holiday experience. The property is beautiful almost as if we are on a tropical island. The rooms are spacious and clean. I also want to mention and to thank the Korora Bay Village Resort manager for helping us during our stay she was so nice and went above and beyond to make our stay here memorable. I will absolutely come back again next year!

This resort is in a good location with a short drive to the beaches and to do whale watching. Resort amenities are ample for retirees as well as young families. There is a shopping centre 2 km away and the Big Banana 1km away.
