Great location five minutes drive from Belconnen city centre, also has shops nearby, with a club next door. Room was of a very good standard with plenty of space for four, 1 queen bed, 2 singles, good sized bathroom in excellent condition, only draw back was hot water took about 10 mins to hit the shower, note to self for next time, don't dive under until checking, temp was OK when arrived, pity to waste so much H2O, minor gripe but not too good in drought. Room overlooks main road at front of building but road noise was not noticeable at night. AC works well. Kitchen facilities and utensils were great except a bit of a squeeze for crumpets in the toaster, handy two element cooktop so we could brew our espresso coffee, sure beats instant. Need better quality washing liquid used nearly a whole bottle for two washes, false economy on cheapy. Reception staff were great. Would highly recommend, just hope the prices don't creep when all travel restrictions are lifted, as this is really handy to daughters accom at UC. Cheers

We stayed here twice and we were pleased with the accessible room. The hotel is comfortable, not new but it was clean and had two rooms both with good double beds and one had an extra single and a good accessible bathroom, kitchenette with a mid sized
Fridge. Friendly staff, good location and a great Chinese restaurant Beijing House within walking distance which we would recommend. Thanks for the good facilities.

Comfy bed & renovated bathrooms. Most staff members were friendly & welcoming, but one extremely rude staff member left a lasting impression. Cleanliness was lacking in some areas, eg. bathroom exhaust fan, balcony with cigarette butts, lift with the same food scraps uncleaned for 3 days running.

The hotel was busy, but the rate was high and the facilities did not warrant the cost. The shower was without curtain, cleaning was not every day and the room was noisy. I could here the water from the room above and there were service vehicles outside my room leaving early every morning.

The room was not serviced until I asked for it to be done; they are still using COVID-19 as an excuse. There was a hot water issue, which was resolved, but I was told there was a gas leak which the plumber had fixed. As far as I was aware, there was no evacuation, and the gas needed to be off for a few hours. It was more than 12+ hours before the water was back up and hot enough to use, that is not a few hours.

We have stayed at this motel twice in the last month to visit our daughter attending UC. The motel is very clean, comfortable, quiet and very helpful receptionists both times we stayed. The receptionist last weekend even printed off a restaurant menu for us and was very informative. Woolworths and other shops are just behind it and a bottle shop and bistro adjoins the motel. It is not 5 star but has all the comforts you need. I love the fact they have extra pillows in the cupboard if you need them and lovely soft white fluffy towels too. There is also plenty of free parking and undercover if you want that too. We will continue to stay at this motel. The price was very reasonable for a room with a Queen bed and a single.

we had a studio apartment and it was really lovely. spacious and everything you needed. Kitchenette was great and lovely and modern and light. we were on the third floor. the car park is the wilson carpark across the road and they have a floor for the Belconnen guests. its sign posted all the way down to the floor and colour coded i think it was green.but down there is a bit confusing as there are different lifts for different things. you have to use two different lifts to get into the hotel and to your room.it was a bit confusing at first but we were there 3 nights and it was a piece of cake after that. i really reccommend this hotel it has a resturant and teh bed was kingsize and so comfotable. we loved our stay there. .we were about 15mins drive into Canberra and we went in every day doing alll the touristy things like parliament house,the mint,the war museum and the science museum. the informatin centre was fantastic and has a museum attached to it also.we loved Canberra.

Terrible motel , Terrible service provide by Terrible staff, never received such bad service through my entire life. The service lady on the front counter claimed as supervisor-very rude, she even locked the hotel main door while I am get my mobile phone from my car. She worked on Saturday duty 11/07/2020 1-3pm.

My partner and I stayed in Belconnen Hotel Motel when we needed to go the Canberra unexpectedly. The Belconnen Hotel/Motel made us very welcome when we stayed there for a few nights. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and the room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. We would definitely stay there again on another occasion.

Rarely stay in motel accomodation. In Canberra overnight. Needed a room. Booked into this motel on Belconnen Way.
So pleased I did, the room was spacious, clean, with a firm comfortable bed and a warm shower. Just what I needed !
Those on Reception were happy, helpful and friendly.
