Very cosy and love the comfy bed. Stopped here to attend a party at the Kingston Foreshore, It was an easy walk down from our motel. The whole area was clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly

Stayed in a superior room while there for a nearby conference. The room was large with all the necessities and plenty or room to move around. The staff were great and helpful and are a credit to the hotel. There is no restaurant at the hotel and you have to go to the nearby sister hotel for a meal. That...

Stayed in Superior Room. Very comfortable bed and quiet but no room service as no restaurant. We were out for dinner with family, but were surprised with the Grab and Go Breakfast Station which we only saw when leaving. Tea and Coffee in room was sparse and not much choice. More plates and utensils would be helpful. Reception suggested going...

I have only discovered the Brassey over the last few months and I LOVE IT. I love the historic feel of the place and the quality of the accommodation and amenities. I'm a regular gym user and find the facilities beautiful.

Great place to stay, convenient with great gym. Downfall no restaurant but they do supply in house pre made meals and drink fridge. Restaurants are not far away and are in the same chain off hotels. One downfall for me was the bed was way to soft.

The hotel looks great inside, it's currently having some maintenance done outside though. Rubbish nights sleep, really noisy you can hear all the plumbing, toilets and showers when in use. Wouldn't recommend

Dear pav401 Thank you for acknowledging the excellent customer service you received form our dedicated team. Apologies for the noises you heard throughout the night. Unfortunately I cannot track your stay history through Trip Advisor to identify the room number with noisy plumbing. Any additional feedback you can provide would be helpful to our maintenance team. What a charming and nicely renovated hotel the Brassey is. Recently spend 4 nights there on a business trip. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was brilliant, nice and hot and great pressure. I have never used a hotel gym before but this one is brand new and state of the art, it looked so good I had...

I love the Brassey Hotel, but on this occasion, because it was 'budget night' the rate was about double what I would normally pay ... my visit had nothing to do with the budget. In addition, while the room itself was lovely, the shower curtain was mounted too low over the bath and dangled into the bath floor. Apart from...

The location is brilliant. They are renovating & there is a little disruption. They don't have a restaurant onsite and there is no room service. Fortunately they have a snack area where we can pick up an apple, muffin etc. I haven't stayed at the Brassey for a while & It seems to be now part of the new Realm/Burbury...
