Conveniently located to our Canberra office. Decorated in the Art Deco style, lovely large rooms, well appointed, large modern bathroom, charming reception area, nice covered verandah and bar areas. You can carry your own luggage to the first floor or they will assist you. Hotel had charm and style, a smaller version of the Hyatt. Breakfast is self serve in...

we have stayed here in the past - quality of staff and service is still A1. Highly recommend this hotel and a must is to sit in the garden and have a drink or two. Walk8ng distance to a lot of Canberra's highlights and to the Kingston shops and restaurants

Almost does the job but with a bit more ambiance. Coffee pods are available for free but could only make the coffee with bathroom sink water, or cop the $7.50 minibar water. No complimentary biscuits - come on guys give me something to work with!! No room service. The 'terrace' room I chose for an extra fee, overlooked a car...

A pleasant experience in one of Canberra's historic hotels. Like most Australian hotels in-room wifi has to be purchased which grates - particularly as in hotels of similar standard elsewhere in the world wifi is a standard option.

Bathroom not clean on arrival, toilet and bathroom floor dirty. It took 4 hours and another phone call after we checked in to sort it out We stayed 2 nights and even though towels were...

Rooms were beautiful and perfect for a business traveller. Be careful when ordering room service and question what is included with a meal. Ended up with two lots of fries as they were not mentioned as an inclusion for the Club Sandwich.

Our King room was excellent, quite spacious, well designed and decorated with an excellent small (so easy to fill under the tap !) and very fast electric kettle plus tea coffee requirements. The room was bright with three windows but private overlooking the rear central courtyard. The En-suite bathroom also very good. Only downside was a lack of dusting and...

Room was good - clean, quiet and private. Location is good - I would imagine that parking may be a problem if not the weekend. Did not eat at the facility to experience the food. Not sure why comments must be over 200?
