Depending on what you are doing in Canberra, this one bedroom serviced apartment was so comfortable - I could picture myself living there! Right across the road from a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bottle shop! I was in Canberra for three days, I had my car (parking was available) but because of the location, i didn't need to drive it and i could walk to my work location. Remember this is an apartment - not a hotel though, so if you are looking for room service - you'd best hope the Italian restaurant downstairs delivers!

We stayed in this complex for six nights and were totally underwhelmed with the cleanliness and level of service provided by the staff. As an experienced traveller I expected a TV In the bedroom but I was told this was not possible with no explanation. The cleaning was haphazard and unpredictable eg the cleaners arrived late afternoon when we arrived home after along day of sightseeing - very inconvenient + they were were very rude! These apartments are in a great location but not recommended due to the appalling level of service, the tired and outdated apartments with the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in.

Overall our experience was good. Clean, tidy, large lounge area. Easy walking to large number of eateries. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the top floor. Biggest issue: the day was 30 degrees Celsius so quite hot. Upon arrival we turned on the 1 and only air conditioner & put it on its coldest temperature which was situated in the lounge we made sure we also left the bedroom doors open to try to cool the bedrooms down, we then went out to dinner. 2 hours later we arrived back and the lounge was quite cool, however when we wanted to sleep the bedrooms where oppressively hot. The rooms remained hot and it was very difficult to try and sleep, there are no fans so there was not even any air movements, after 11pm we opened the bedroom windows as there was a slight movement of air, worst night sleep in a long time.

Stayed here for a week. Clean and comfortable with kitchen and laundry in apartment. A short walk to shops, cafes and restaurants and a bit further is a larger shopping strip at Manuka. If you don't want to walk (not far) you can buy breakfast packs at the apartments. Quiet except for the occasional pipe noise in roof, did not hear other guests but they were there. Bus goes right past and gets you into city. Parking on site. Will stay again.

Here there are lots of stairs leading to a dated and not so clean apartment. The floors needed vacuuming and the bathroom was mouldy. The beds and pillows are old and need replacing. There is no restaurant on site so forget breakfast unless you are prepared to go down the street. There are options in a short walk but none were open early. You can hear everything upstairs and downstairs. Very noisy.

We stayed in a 3BR apartment . On the plus side - great location , quiet , good parking , spacious unit , comfy beds . But - very old kitchen appliances that don't work properly , very poor lighting , not properly cleaned on our arrival , very noisy plumbing when neighbor has shower in the morning , power point at desk broken . Would probably not stay here again for the price !

We recently stayed in a lovely 3 bedroom apartment. It was very quiet and very roomy. We found it nice and warm. Arriving late at night it was a nice touch that the heaters had been turned on for us. Our ground floor apartment looked out on lovely gardens, it was in a very quiet street within a 5 minute walk of lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants. Good value for money. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to all the main tourist attractions.

Recently stayed here with family and booked here as we could all stay together. Good points : clean and comfortable. Large living/diving and kitchen area. Plenty of room for 5 adults. 2 bathrooms, the second with a separate toilet was appreciated. Large balcony and adequate parking. Walking distance to Kingston shops and only a short drive to several of the major attractions of Canberra. Bad points : MINOR : TV in main bedroom didn't work and in the ensuite off that room the shower was very small and poky. No baking trays for the oven so had to adhoc a little when cooking dinner. Though everything else in kitchen was great. A little expensive if you are on a strict budget. Bad point : MAJOR : We were told there would only be a couple of stairs (no more than 5) for a disabled member of the family and as this was a huge issue and we did call to confirm. It turned out that was not the case. It was distressing and difficult for them to negotiate the stairs. If you need the 3 bed apartment be aware that there are more than 10 stairs to the front door on slippery tiles and it is not suitable for anyone needing "easy" or disabled access. Would I recommend or go back again? Yes I would recommend going here if you do not need easy access. They are comfortable, large apartments.

We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment - clean and comfortable, large rooms, well equipped kitchen, good sized main bathroom but tiny ensuite. The only problem was having just one reverse air con to heat the whole apartment which was freezing (June) so it took hours to warm up. Other than that, no issues. A bit more expensive than Pinnacles across the road but worth the extra

Great serviced apartment in central location in Canberra. Clean, large, well serviced, warm and with all of the features you need for a family touring holiday. We were a group of five so two bathrooms and toilets were a bonus. Good value for money. Highly recommended.
