Very clean, fast wifi connection, variety of items for the breakfast, friendly staff, very good kitchen facility. Good laundry facilities as well. Easy access to Kingston shops to grab some takeaway. Didn't like the heater, it was small one fixed to the wall. As this is Spring I had no issues with that.

Thank you DH for the very accurate review. The breakfast and wifi included add a lot of value. These items combined can cost $40-50 in large hotels. We know this is simple budget accommodation and aim to provide clean, comfortable rooms in a friendly atmosphere. Hope you can return. Graham Owner

I thought I booked a "family apartment" for my friends and I to stay in over the weekend. Turns out is was 3 beds in a dorm style room, with the shared bathroom down the hall. Not what we had anticipated however, it was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly. Breakfast and free wifi included which is always a...

Great accommodation, helpful and friendly staff. The shower after the run after I checked out already made the day after the run and the trip home much more pleasant. I would stay there again and recommend others to do so.

Thanks David. We are more than happy to provide late checkouts if possible and often have runners and other competitors having a shower after the event before travelling home. Glad you were comfortable and great to hear that you will recommend us to others. Graham Owner

Hello Allan. Thanks for your review which reflects that you were generally happy with your stay. The only sticking point was the fact that you could not get a refund for nights you booked and could not stay. Upon checking your reservation details I note that you chose to book a NON REFUNDABLE rate and a special rate for a...

So not only is this super budget.., apparently it's ok to ramp up the heating to a blistering 30 degrees in my room, not even the fan on or a window open to a night outside which is 6 degrees will cool this doorway to hell down! Staff are absent to discuss the matter with - I assume there is...

A central and peaceful location, quite close to shops. Extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was room to refrigerate our own food. A great place to stay that was value for money.

Very simple as a budget accommodation with simple facilities and services. We could cook our dinner at their kitchen to shop at IGA where was 5mins walk from them. Their free breakfast was too simple tough, so that we ate out. If you expect full service good accomodation to enjoy your travel in Canberra, this is not for you, but...
