I stayed here for a business trip in February. I stayed in one of their 2-bedroom units.

The rooms are alright they're pretty spacious with kitchen facilities. There was occasional street noise, but it never really bothered me. I used to find a lot of street people screaming and yelling in the early hours of the morning. Be mindful that there are Commission flats at the end of the block.

As I stayed in the 2-bedroom unit, the main bedroom located near the balcony has an ensuite and is really spacious. The second bedroom is small, and they have put 2 x single beds in the room, which should only accommodate one. As there were 2 beds in the room, there was no room for anything else and you couldn't even leave your bag on the floor.

I found the front desk staff to be helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff are another question all together. I found the cleaning staff to be lazy and totally incompetent at their job. On numerous occasions i would return to the room after work to find that the apartment had not been cleaned, as well as the cleaners making one bed and neglecting the other or neglecting to make both beds. As I stated previously, front desk staff were made aware of this, and in the first week of my stay there I had to complain about the cleaning staff 3 times.

Even when cleaning staff did decide to make the beds, to my disgust one night Id discovered that all they had sone was to tuck in the top sheet to make the bed looked made, when in fact the bottom sheet hadn't been touched.

On other occasions id find bottles left on the floor that hadn't been picked up or the floor was unvacuumed. The only thing they did do on a regular basis was change the towels. Toilets/ showers not cleaned, floors not vacuumed, beds unmade........in all honesty the cleaning staff are pathetic. and this continued on for 3 weeks.

This property is located in a good position, a 5 min walk to Canberra Central shopping centre where there are ample eateries.

We checked in and found our room whilst spacious and convenient to be Just grubby and in need of a deep clean and repair or replace dated broken and dirty fixtures and furniture.
I had to a ask repeatedly for the room to be cleaned and when they did it was simply a change of linen and a quick vacuum
No bathroom or kitchen clean and no attention to detail, I felt like I had inconvenienced the cleaning staff by requesting they do their job.
The shower and bath grout is mouldy and the tiles felt grime like they needed a good scrubbing.
There were handprints on the windows and mirrors when we checked in leaving me to wonder if we’d been given a dirty room.
The location is what saves this property where everything else was lacking.
The female on reception is lovely and helpful whilst the man was rather dismissive.
I think I’ll try elsewhere for the money next time

A fully self-contained apartment with full kitchen and laundry facilities.
We were given an up-grade to a room with a spa bath ...something we didn't actually use during our stay and probably would have preferred the ease of a walk-in shower rather than the climb into the quite high bath/spa.
The apartment was clean, well-appointed and spacious with plenty of room to spread out during a few nights stay.
My suggestion would be to have king beds in the bedroom to add that little touch of luxury to the suite.
The property is well located with secure undercover parking and a large modern reception area. Our interactions with the staff were all positive with check-in and out being smoothless and simple. The major sightseeing must-dos were all within an easy drive, as were plenty of dining options.
Accommodation in Canberra is not cheap, so the self-contained aspect of this property make it good value for money.

This Hotel is very well located with good parking facilities. Our apartment was a single bedroom with the shower over a spa bath. We were disappointed with the bed as it squeaked with any movement and the mattress was not comfortable, and the bathroom we thought needed some cleaning maintenance. I spoke to the hotel receptionist about this and we were offered an upgrade to a two bedroom apartment which we appreciated but declined. My request to have an additional pillow to add to the one each provided, plus some additional cleaning in the bathroom, were attended to very promptly.

I’ve stayed here multiple times, and it’s always been a fantastic experience! The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, which truly makes a difference. From the moment I arrive, I always feel comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and my stays have consistently been enjoyable.
While there were a couple of minor maintenance issues, they didn’t take away from my overall experience. The showers could use a little attention, and the air conditioning in the living room could benefit from a quick clean, but nothing that impacted my comfort. The fridge seal was a little weak, but it was a small inconvenience in an otherwise great stay.
Despite these small things, I absolutely love staying here and will definitely be back. The service, hospitality, and overall experience always make it a pleasure. Looking forward to my next visit!

Location is good. 2 bedroom apartment is spacious but in need of a reno. Looking a bit dated. Had a washer and dryer however we couldnt use the dryer as the laundry door didnt allow the dryer door to open more than about 3 inches
Pool wasn't operational and rooms wernt serviced during the stay, we just asked the front desk for more towels

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff at location were excellent. Location is great. Only one block over from Lonsdale Street which had so many choices for dinner, Gather Cafe for coffee and breakfast, and 10 minute walk to Canberra Centre. Only downside was due to its central location it was noisy outside on the Fri/Sat night while trying to sleep.

We arrived to be told that parking was an extra $15, we went to our room and the toilet didn’t flush and the kitchen floor was slippery and dirty. We were “upgraded” to a 2 bedroom apartment (useless for a couple). After complaining, we were then given another 2 bedroom clean room. The queen size bed was actually 2 single beds put together and the mattress was not comfortable. Both TVs in the apartment were about 32” and about 20 years old. They were analogue plasma screens and the reception was grainy. So don’t plan on watching much TV. My monitor at home has a bigger screen. We had no hand soap for the first night, but used the body wash dispenser in the shower. We couldn’t move it as it was locked in position.
We had a room facing a quieter back street, but it was still noisy late at night and early morning. Double glazing would be handy in a location like this.
On the positive side, he staff were pleasant and helpful and the room was spacious. It was in a great location and very close to the city and restaurant on Mort and Lonsdale streets.

The bathroom shower base was cracked and repaired with caulk that was filthy. The shower had mold. Brown filth ran from underneath the caulking when the water ran. The place was filthy and the pillows were too big for the pillow cases. The sofa didn't have a floor mat to enable use as a shower as we couldn't use the normal shower. Overall the place needed maintenance and deep clean
