Room was ok. However disappointed with front desk reception attitude. Unhelpful!!! Generally unhappy and put out! Two story hotel with no elevator. Maybe should've mentioned this on the glossys. We are a family of four and staying three days. We had a bit of luggage and on a 43 degree day in a hall way which isn't air conditioned was...

My family and I were disappointed with the hotel, first room we got was not even cleaned rubbish still in bins and on desk, complained and was given another room with stains on the carpet and curtains not happy, third room was better just next to the stairs and early in the morning all you heard was bang bang every...

Booked a family room for 3 nights, oh my god tiny room with a bunk, single and queen bed. Tiny fridge. Useless for more than 1 night. The lovely gent at reception kindly changed us to two rooms instead, we had to pay but no option. He was terrific tho. Unfortunately our room was near stairs, people are so bloody...

This hotel is good value for money and has most facilities you require for a short stay plus an excellent breakfast. The rooms are large for an Ibis [most likely not a purpose built Ibis] and while clean and practical don't have much warmth. The hotel is some way from the city centre so you really need a car when...

Dear Guest, Firstly, I appreciate you taking the time for a review of our Hotel. We do have some of the largest Hotel rooms in Canberra, great for families and it's always nice to have extra space when travelling. We are indeed ten minutes from the city centre but right next door to the Parliamentary Triangle, Manuka and Kingston, the...

Just returned from a 5 night stay in 2 bedroom "apartment". The 2 bedrooms were a good size as was the bathroom but the lounge/kitchen/dining very small. Need to point out that the photographs are deceiving and old - especially of the pool. Our apartment was at the end of a dark hallway which was good and bad. We didn't...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback which is always appreciated. I am so pleased you were able to take advantage of the Happy Two Hours and the unlimited free movies and wi-fi. Our Breakfast buffet is receiving continuous praise, especially with the new Courtyard Room open. We now have more room for all and, as you said, new Breakfast...

We had 2 families stay overnight. Rooms were renovated, small but adequate. Bathroom was clean. The breakfast which was part of our deal was an all you can eat continental buffet and a pleasant surprise. The rooms are connected via a long corridor which is separate from your car parking. We would go back.

We thought we'd be away from the Summer Nats crowd. Wrong! They were loud and drank outside the guest laundry, making noise until the small hours. Parking was bad. No allocated spots, so had to drag bags a long way. Internal room access makes good security but the corridor is an echo chamber. Doors banged until late, then woke us...

We booked a family room with queen single and bunk beds. Good config for our family but room was very small. We were in back building which was turned out to be a kind of a dormitory. A family friendly hotel in a quiet location in Canberra. The buffet breakfast was superb and the superior room I hired was cleaned, air conditioned with unlimited wifi and access to free movies.
