We had an amazing service . The staff was so friendly and helpful all the time . The staff at open buffet was so lovely specially a lady called ( Harjit ) she was so friendly and try to help all the time and even serving the kids 🥰. And the location was amazing for our stay . The only downfall was that no indoor swimming pool which was disappointing for our kids as the weather was bad during our stay. But overall it was positive 👍

Staff we're very helpful, Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Lovely view of the park. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast buffet was excellent. All up, the best hotel experience I've had in many years. We will definitely stay again and would recommend Crown Plaza Canberra City to anyone wanting a quality hotel experience.

I’d seen pictures online but still wasn’t sure what to expect. I liked the layout of the room - being able to separate the bed from the desk area was smart and used the space well. The view kinda sucked. I could look out and see concrete. I was pleasantly surprised with the bed - so comfy! The bathroom was disappointing though. Having a shower bath in one is super dated. Hopefully they’ll consider upgrading that soon to keep the space fresh. Overall, clean, nice and a good stay. Thanks Crowne Plaza!

Once the over priced rooms give way to the sticky carpets you soon become aware of the Colombian prison vibes exuded by this hotel of horrors. The lack of basic hotel ammenities like water just highlight how terrible this outdated and horrific hotel really is. To try and put into words just how awful this place really is I would have to use words that would have my account blocked. Do not stay here unless you can send your mother in law here that would be funny as hell

Check in was an administrative nightmare. We were visiting Canberra as a professional group however also had to sign a no party agreement because of the Spilt Milk Festival (I’m too old to be doing these things) Rooms were stupidly expensive, very basic, bathroom was like a retirement home bathroom. Booked 2 rooms for 4 adults (2 in each room) with breakfast included to then be told this only covers one person per room (than why ask who is staying in the rooms) Parking is a nightmare Overall it was just frustrating to say the least! The view from the room was nice 😊

A very surprising stay for us. Stayed one night over the weekend. Check in was smooth and welcoming. We were allocated room 315 and as usual the kids leading us there. At first we thought, why they have to give our room at the very end of the corridor. When the kids open the door, they gasp. So do i. I saw a stair inside the room, which means this is not an ordinary room. It is not because this is the presidential suite room with two floors. The room is huge with lots of windows and huge balcony. Big living room, big dining area and even dedicated kitchen area. The balcony overlooking the park is so cosy and felt so relaxing. The upstairs is where the bedding and main bathroom are. Dedicated reading area and work desk area are also upstairs. There's also balcony upstairs. Our late checkout request was approved as my son has competition in the morning. I even joke to my son that its ok if you loose your game so we can spend more time in the room. Breakfast has nice variety and quality food. Coffee is super good. Overall, this is one of the most memorable stay for us, we always love this hotel with its perfect location. They really look after their elite members well. Stayed in this hotel to celebrate wife's birthday. As a Platinum Elite member, didn't received hotel perks such as Welcome Amenity at Check-in. There are no dedicated priority check in for elite members here which is quite disappointing that check-in time was longer than expected. Breakfast was good. The staffs were working hard. However, more staffs are needed during the morning shift as we have a long wait for coffee. Room are well cleaned. Location is perfect and walking distance to Canberra Center.
