Stayed here for four nights recently and can highly recommended Luba and Chris' place. Very well located in a quiet leafy suburb, with great access to the lake and so the complimentary bike came in handy. The room itself is large, well appointed, private and warm. Chris and Luba were great hosts, very friendly and welcoming, and the source of...

Many thanks for your positive feedback. We hope you enjoyed the Tasmanian walking holiday and other cultural delights. Let us know what you think of the movie "Elle" if you get to see it. The weather in Canberra has been wonderful and heralded the start of BBQ season. We enjoyed meeting you and hope you enjoy all future travel adventures.

We thoroughly enjoyed a very peaceful time at Practically Lakeside BnB. Chris and Luba were great hosts and provided great bikes for our use at any time. We loved the ride around the lake, found pretty places for coffee and a rest. Not far from the yacht club for lovely dinners. We hope to go back soon.

More and more people are discovering the delights of cycling. Canberra's magnificent cycling paths and lack of heavy traffic and pollution makes it the PERFECT place to participate in this wonderful activity. We're pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Practically Lakeside and hope that you will return soon to sample more Canberra delights in the spring or autumn.

I travel frequently to Canberra to visit family and was delighted to discover this charming, conveniently located and quiet B&B near the lake. Hosts Chris and Luba were very welcoming and had every necessity provided for in the very spacious room. They also served an excellent breakfast.

Thank you for your lovely feedback. We're pleased you achieved what you set out to do with your family during your stay. It was a pleasure meeting you and reminiscing about Canberra in the 60s. We look forward to seeing you again especially during spring and autumn when Canberra is at its best.

This B&B offered us a very comfortable base to explore Canberra, in a quiet location that was very close to the lakeside bike track and a short drive to the centre of Canberra. The hosts are welcoming and friendly, and were happy to help with our specific dietary requests, setting us up with bikes and offering suggestions and directions. The...
