Stayed at Adina Kingston for two nights. The facilities and location are excellent, with a short walk to restaurants and shops. The staff from front desk to housekeeping are amazing and go over and above expectations. The units are clean with everything you need if you want to cook.
Could not recommend highly enough

We stayed here for a couple of weeks during our move. The location is great and is very close to numerous shops, cafes and restaurants.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was large, clean and comfortable with a full kitchen, laundry and large bathroom with a bath for the baby.

There’s free onsite parking and a pool and bikes are available onsite to hire with baby seats or buggies available to take the whole family to explore the nearby lake.

The staff are fantastic and went out of their way to accomodate us. I highly recommend this hotel for short or longer stays in Canberra.

A very spacious apartment in an excellent location. It is an easy walk to the Kingston hotel, plus the various eateries at the East hotel in the next block. Manuka is a short walk away, and Kingston foreshore a little further. Check in and out were efficient and the apartment block, while older in style, was secure and quiet. Each apartment has its own courtyard and the complex was well lit and offered many facilities which we unfortunately didn't have time to enjoy. The only thing I would suggest is an extra bathroom or toilet in the 3 bedroom apartment. Movie channels would also be good. The provision of a bottle of hand sanitiser for use in the apartment was appreciated.

Beautiful clean generous accommodation within walking distance to Kingston shopping area. Many restaurants are available in this area with a variety of cuisines.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, staff were very hospitable, free parking, and close to a main shopping area. Various cuisines in the local area. The single apartment had a spa, fully functional kitchen, washing machine and dryer and lift to the second floor. If mobility issues ensure ground floor apartments or second floor right hand side out of the lift because the left hand side does have some steps to some of the apartments. For the less mobile the single apartment shower over the spa was difficult to use with no handrail.

Over all happy with services, location and facility. The heated pool didn't feel heated at all(not because I flew in from the NT) but was advised it was been sorted at some stage.I was initially put in a room attached to another which I requested to change after a week. The people next doors cooking kept coming under the door to my room so although it smelt yummy, my room smelt like a kitchen. Staff member acknowledged and noticed it as well, was more than happy to relocate me. All staff were friendly and helpful. Location, cleanliness and parking great

The room was clean and warm when we checked in. The kids loved the indoor pool - it was clean and well serviced with extra towels when we needed them. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.
Travelling with three small kids is always a challenge, this hotel had everything we needed. The service was fabulous! Thank you!

We are regular visitors to Canberra, but our usual choices were booked out, so we cast the net further afield and came up with Adina Kingston. We were pretty happy with it, for a number of reasons. Firstly, the location is very good for both the Kingston and Manuka shopping precincts, both can be walked in 5-10 minutes. We tried a few different coffee places in Kingston, including Bittersweet, Wildflour and Penny University and whilst Penny University won the Kingston Prize, it's safe to say that Sonoma in Braddon was our overall Canberra winner, not for the first time. If you have a penchant for pain au raisin, then you might find something close to the world's best there.

The rooms were functional, good sized kitchen, with most things necessary if you wanted to prepare meals. The bedrooms were a decent size and the beds very comfortable. Whilst the sleep was a serene one, there are native birds that wake up early which can disrupt things, as did church bells (definitely not an inner west Sydney hardship) and I will say that the walls are a little on the thin side, so you could hear louder conversations and someone flushing a toilet from time to time. Definitely not game changers, but something you notice.

Whilst we had no issues parking, we were conscious of what time of day the carpark would likely fill up and so when we went for dinner in nearby Barton, we walked the 15 minutes to The Chairman & Yip and when we got back it's clear we might have struggled for a spot. By the way, TC&Y is close to our favourite restaurant and if you do like modern Chinese food, then this is a must do. It is exquisite.

For us, it was a good introduction to Kingston and if we wanted to stay around there, it would be an obvious choice.

We chose this because of it's location and facilities. It's an easy walk to lakefront restaurants & neighbourhood cafes, and the unit has a spacious lounge room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen could use a few more glasses and cups, but fairly well stocked otherwise. The building is older, but in fairly good condition except for a screen off here and there (only an issue in summer). Found a few stray items from the previous guest (rubbish under one bed and food scrap by the sofa), so it could have been a bit cleaner. The courtyard area is lovely and it was very quiet except for a bit of street noise at busy times.

Stayed four nights in a two bedder on the non Giles St side. We always stay in this area (East, Knightsbridge), but for a longer stay, I wanted a bath, which very few new properties offer.

Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and gloriously quiet. But no bath! Despite being almost booked out, I was offered a one bedder with bath on Giles St, but much preferred the private, sunny balcony of my original one so went with that. A big tick for me, to be able to sit outside, or inside with opening windows.

The building is older, but to my mind preferable to the small rooms and stark styling of modern properties. I loved the courtyard garden, which would be unthinkable in a modern property where every square inch would have been built on. Yes it’s a bit dated ( door locks could do with modernising), but the upsides are space, and a less sterile ambience. The furniture and appliances were all updated. A full laundry and undercover, secure parking, indoor and outdoor swimming pool ( small, not for lap swimmers). BBQ area near the pool.

The area is super convenient, with Kingston and Manuka shops easily walkable and the lake about a ten minute walk through the beautiful autumn leaves of Telopea Park.

Only hitch was lack of wifi for the entire stay. When I reported the problem to reception, the charge was immediately removed from my account. It was pretty annoying though to have to rely on tethering devices etc. In this day and age, reliable internet at a property like this is a given, like power and water. I was assured the problem was being fixed - it needs to be, fast. Service was lovely and efficient.

I would definitely stay again, over East and Knightsbridge (where we we normally stay) but the internet issue would need to be permanently resolved.

Great choice for families. Quiet location with an indoor and an outdoor pool.
Very large rooms.
Staff were outstanding. the only thing I would suggest is if you have small children make sure your room is close to the lift.
