it is tagged as resort, but certainly it is not. it is a mid level hotel with the most unconfortable beds and outdated mattresses ever, mine was completely flattened.

the bath room is close to ugly with mold on the joints, the shower was unconfortable, hot water ran intermitent while showering, good thing it is too hot outside.

on the good side, the food is amazing and cheap, the most expensive dish you can order is arround 15 usd and for one single person it is plenty.

most of the staff do not speak english so that was a strugle, I stayed 9 days for arround 300 usd.

Staff are friendly, smiling & say hello which makes a big difference to some other places.

Located right on the beach with clear water & small waves. 10min drive from the bus station. I hired a motorbike from Pink lady cafe near TTC

Beautiful gardens and a very nice room everything is clean & in working order.. except for the spa!

Mostly quiet , all you can hear is the sound of the beach until evening then there is karaoke but its not too loud and finished before late.

Cheap little restaurant right next door serves rice with meat and veg for only 25 vnd.

Hotel restaurant is overpriced. The Included breakfast is ok, at least you can get eggs & coffee :-)

The room itself was not bad, since we paid an extra 100 dollars. And they gave me a suite that was 3 bedrooms, but with access to the beach, the bed was wide, the mattress was very hard, the third bed, something wooden that looked like a bed, was given to my granddaughter. We barely lived there for 5 days and ran away from this hotel. Breakfast is very poor, for the money it could have been better. Lunch and dinner are a little better. But even this could be tolerated, I really didn’t like the attitude towards us; we were only three foreigners there, the rest were locals, and that’s probably why we were served last, often waiting about an hour for lunch and dinner. I have never seen such “service” in any country. We had a package from these operators from Astana Fly mi, who didn’t even tell us that it was located far outside the city, in a village where there was nothing nearby, no shops, etc. We had to negotiate and pay the guide Olga from Anex Tour $200 to be moved to another hotel in the city. And there was such happiness when we were moved to a hotel in Nha Trang, Ibis, it was a little cramped but comfortable. You know, I’m no longer naked in this country! Yes, the only plus is the sea and the beach is cool

The review will be long, but structured.

The only plus:
- the beach under the windows and distance from the bustle

Minuses:
1. Bad food. Cooked with old oil. I’m generally silent about the monotony of the menu. Twice they brought dirty utensils.
2. During the entire stay (more than 2 weeks) the bed linen was never changed
3. Food instead of a buffet, you need to order every day from a limited menu. And then wait another half hour until they bring it.
4. Even when there was a buffet, there were at most a couple of dishes to choose from and the food simply flew away in the first minutes. Although the hotel was almost empty.
5. Bathrobes, towels, old linen. The first couple of days there were no robes until I asked.
6. The spa is not working.
7. Outside groups constantly arrived both during the day and in the evening and were given lunch or dinner in the cramped bar. Because of them, it took us even longer to bring food or they completely forgot about the hotel guests. These groups were seated by the sea, and the guests were seated near the passage, where there was no air flow at all.
8. The hairdryer turns off every minute and then comes back to life after 15 minutes.
9. They don’t provide hair balm.
10. The bathroom smells like old water.
11. Once during the day they wanted to forbid me to sit at a table closer to the sea in a bar. It's like there's a reserve. It’s good that she didn’t argue with me for a long time. Otherwise I would definitely have a fight.
In short, a complete disappointment.

I have a lot of questions for the hotel management (not the staff).

It seems like a 4 stars hotel but please don't really expect 4 stars in your countries if you are from western countries.

Hot water shower is a bit unstable but you can have it
Wi-fi is a bit slow but you can have wi-fi

- Daily cleaning
- Mini Bar
- Laundry service
- Safe
- Towels
- linen
- AC
- TV
- Electric kettle

There are not enough sockets on the wall.
There is none near an electric kettle.

It might not meet your expectations after you hear it is 4 stars but I enjoyed my stay.
There are 2 swimming pools.
Breakfast is buffet style with egg and noodle station respectively.
Breakfast is served between 0700 and 0930.

It is a beach front hotel. Restaurant is literally beach front.

What a gigantic hotel.
Beside the restaurant we always ate, there is another used-to-be-restaurant space.
It looks like they don't use it currently.

There is a small gym too (outdoor)
There are mini markets in front of the hotel.

well I'm normally sceptical about very bad reviews about places - taking them with a large pics of salt, but you should check my other reviews to see that I am usually quite balanced about what I write and minor things don't snowball into a damning script!

Firstly the location. It is not near Doc Let beach , it seems to be in an industrial area and while actually on the seaside, the beach is not well maintained with HUGE amounts of rubbish. I kid you not, it was like walking through a dump - all manner of things including mattresses half buried in the sand to the sewage coming off the shacks being pumped not more than 3 meters into the sea. I really did not want to go in the water at all!

The hotel itself seems to have been built in the 70s and the rooms are rather sparse and forbidding. They all seem to have two beds in them - which became clear as the hotel does seem to be set up for Russian package holidays. Loud Russian pop music spoils the restaurant and the pool. One good thing I can say is that the pool is large and definitely the best part of the hotel though it is tricky to get a place by it as there are probably only 30 loungers which get grabbed quickly by the large families on the aforesaid package deal.

The food is OK, apparently a Russian chef, so borscht was the first thing on the menu. Quite pricey - and you have little choice. There is only one bar and one restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

The room itself suffers from bad lighting and poor sound insulation. The bathroom is very poor. Mood around the bath and never anything warmer than tepid to cold water. The shower didn't work which was due to the rubber pipe cinching when the shower head was put on the wall. I've never seen an installation like that- they just put it up but obviously didn't check it actually worked.

The staff seem the be long suffering. I have found in Vietnam normally, the people are welcoming and happy - not here though. I really can't blame them though as they seem to be micromanaged by the senior management of the hotel.

I agree with the other reviews about this hotel. I'd say it was a 2 star hotel but it could be so much more with some effort - firstly sort out the beach and the sewage, improve the room layout and noise - change the management to a more international group and it could be a half decent place to stay. We were really happy to leave

I wish I'd done more research on trip advisor before booking this place. The location is not bad per se, with the real doc let beach 4 km north of the resort, but it's expensive to get to by taxi, between 60,000 and double that during Tet. The beach is covered with rubbish on both sides of the resort so walking is unpleasant. The pool is quite pleasant if you secure your seat early enough in the day and don't mind the loud music that seems to be turned on every day around 11am. That's a theme of the place by the way: blasting Russian pop music at breakfast, by the pool, at dinner. The only way to escape is on the beach.. Rooms are depressing although somewhat comfortable and there is no sound proof in the building so you hear the constant noise of kids running, doors banging, voices etc. No hot water, tepid at best. Safe wasn't working which normally wouldn't worry me but since they had locks on absolutely everything Inc the bedside tables I got a bit paranoid so I ended up carrying my cash, cards and most devices everywhere.
One restaurant only. Food quite good a la carte, we stayed away from the noisy buffet. Restaurant across the road is equally good though with limited choice and cheaper.
Second language is Russian and 98% of the clientele is Russian young families. Not recommended for couples who want a peaceful experience.
If you somehow make the mistake to book this place, I suggest to use the bikes to get out! And discover very pleasant countryside, beaches (clean!) and villages within 3 or 4 km.
Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I initially made a reservation on the website Agoda thinking this hotel was in Nha Trang. We were surprised when the taxi driver drove us 50km outside Nha Trang. We had planned to stay for 2 nights but we had to catch an early bus in the morning outside of Nha Trang. We had some difficulty with the staff at the front desk when we tried to cancel our second night, not sure if it was the language barrier or if it was just that they were new and still learning the ropes. We were initially frustrated because we couldn't get any money back for the second night. We asked if we could have free breakfast that day that we arrived or covered for travel back to Nha Trang because we were shorted around 700,000 dong. It was our fault because the reservation was not refundable on the Agoda website. The front desk staff wasn't the most helpful, but then the owner found us sitting in the lobby waiting to be let into our room. She was so nice, so helpful and amazing! She got us into our room right away, gave us deals on spa services, and arranged transportation back to Nha Trang in a private car. The actual resort is sooooo beautiful! Our rooms were clean, nice hot showers, food in the restaurant was amazing, we were treated like queens. We ended up regretting cancelling our second night.
