Afterward, I can say we had a great time... but there are some but ! First of all, the location is wonderful. The white sand beach is incredible, the see is crystal clear and the sky is blue even in rainy season ! If you want to lay down on a paradisiac beach and do nothing, you are at the perfect place. BUT : - it is realy difficult to get there by your own (if you travel by bus, ask the driver to drop you off at Ninh An, there is also a train station there but I don't know wich train stops there, then take a moto to the resort... not easy to have under 50 000 Dng per person. There is one bus a day from and to Nha Trang but it passes realy early. Other solution : taxi from/to Nha Trang : 500 000 dng). - they speak barely english (the contact I had by email was perfect) - they don't anounce all the price categories. Cheaper are the rooms at 200 000 dng. Bungalows begins at 300 000 dng. - It is old and realy not confy. They are renewing the bungalows but slowly. There was a hole in our bath, I almost cutted my hand with the rusted door handle, beds are hard. - there is not much to do, the bar closes at 9:30pm. - the staff is annoying all the time - there is no ATM nearby ! - sometimes there are jet skis and they come realy close to the shore, they might be agressive and annoying, but if you get up early, no problem :)
anyway, you are lost on the beach, and this is great. There is a small market close to the hotel where you can eat seafood. You can walk to a village by the beach. The beach is realy clean in front of the hotel but the more you head to the village, the more garbage you find on the beach. People in the village are realy friendly and smiling.
So if you are not afraid and you are relaxed, this is the right place to go !

After one minute in Nha Trang I it was obvious I don't want to spend my time here. We moved to Doc Let which was good decision. If you don't like crowdy places (beaches) and prefer calm around, you will like this place. We stayed in cheaper rooms which had just basic and quite old eqiupment but for that price it was ok since we spent here just 1 night. They have as well bungalows with AC and hot water for a bit higher price. To get here from Nha Trang was easy and cheap since there is a shuttle (see resort homepage).

If you are seeking for a beautiful quiet beach this is the place to go to, amazing.
However, the service does not hold the same standard. The only friendly staff we met were the receptionist, a guy in the bar and a gardener.
We went to try the restaurant. when we got there four people just stared at us. No welcome or anything, feeling we were bothering them.
The menu consisted of six different "set menus" We tried four of them and were not pleased at all. And the day after we saw many of the dishes served at breakfast.
I understand everyone may not be comfortable with using english. But a smile and a friendly attitude will take you a long way.
Lovely beach and good price for the bungalows, which I found clean and working properly. But the service still has lot to learn.

Rooms were filthy, the staff cant be bothered cleaning properly. Blood and squashed mosquitos on the floor, unhygienic.
Location is the only good thing about this place. Food is ok, basic brekfast dish no choices

Terrible resort in Nha Trang. Very very poor facility and service. The most terrible resort that i had stayed in my life. There are 3-4 dishes in the breakfast. And it also expensive. Because they charged my money on agoda, if i know that, i will never stay here. One time and never come back for sure.

This would be a great place to send someone you really hate. From beginning to end, it was the worst experience I’ve had in any place in the world. A bus from Dalat dropped us off at a Nha Trang bus station and it cost us 500,000 dong to get to the resort. No one bothered to inform us of another option. The staff couldn’t speak more than very marginal English and all the information they gave us was incorrect. The rooms were old and musty, the resort area was under construction in places or just old and rusty and falling apart. The restaurant looked so disgusting we didn’t even try it. Most of the staff were unbelievably rude, bumping into me on multiple occasions and then turning back to look at me with distain as if I had bumped them. It was like being in a prison with a beachfront. We booked and paid for two nights and only stayed one. The only way out was a local bus leaving from a nearby bus station a 10 minute walk away. The girl at the front desk gave us a departure time that was wrong by half an hour. Had I not walked over to check it, based on all the misinformation we already received, we would’ve missed the bus by half an hour and been stuck there for another day. I don’t know why a resort this bad would even be listed with Trip Advisor. I don’t know why it has a listing of more than one star. Anyone giving this place more than two stories is unscrupulous and working for the resort.

My idea of a beach resort and spa is very different to theirs. There was no spa services. Bungalows are very tired, a door that didn't lock properly and windows with no screens so mosquitoes galore. Staff were very helpful, and accomodating spraying the room and repairing the lock, however one good shoulder shove and the door would have opened. Beds are rock hard with no netting, I had pressure areas on my hips and knees on waking. Maybe if you are young this might not be such an issue. We were booked for three nights but left after one. The restaurant was very dirty, table clothes grubby and stained, I doubt they have ever been washed. Food served was of poor quality. Restaurant staff rude and unhelpful. Staff in open bar and front of house were nicer and helpful. Beach is glorious and the deck chairs in reasonable condition. Very disappointed overall.

1 star resort and 5 star prices. the rooms are really low quality and the food we order was the worst my Vietnamese family could remember having been offered. Fried rice at VND 100,000 per portion terrrible and the chicken same. I was lucky, that I was not hungry, so I ordered ice coffee, which tasted like it was made on the soil from their garden! The madras on the sunbenches are hard and for that you have to pay VND 100,000 per day, which is about 66% more than you pay for a much better quality in Nha Trang. Why go there at all - one of the most beautiful beaches in Vietnam. Relatively clean white sand depending just outside the resort and the water is crystal clear, as no villages on the west of the opposite peninsular. There is various kind of watersport available, so if you are not on a budget, then it could be fun. I was not on a budget that day, so 2 family members tried the paragliding together for the amount of USD 12 per minute -:( I will go there again, if/when I do not require any services from the resort. Others have mentioned it is extremely cumbersome, so only go there by car and if you are the risky type of person by motorbike - you have to used highway AH1 !

Amazing location on beautiful beach, white sand, quiet. We stay one night in this resort, this resort is quite old and poor maintained, the chair on the terrace was broken but didn’t repair. Not much choice for buffet breakfast

The beach is really nice, prices are good BUT the service is really bad : . Ask 2 different waitresses at the restaurant to look for my phone which was charging just for the time I would go to my room to get something and they both refused ... . Was 1 hour and 20 min late on the check out since we went on a walk that lasted longer than expected, the receptionnist insisted on charging us 1/2 day extra eventhough nobody was taking the room after ( in this case I would have understood ) and the hotel was pretty empty Also the rooms are pretty dirty from the bed to the bath. Will not come back to this hotel...

В отлив, прогуляться по пляжу и набрать ракушек не проблема. Крабов не видел а вот раков отшельников которые живут в раковинах полно.
ежей нет, вода прозрачная, к сожалению поплавать с маской толком не удалось - штормило
