Although a large complex, it didn't feel it. Close to the airport a and on the very edge of Pathos a car is recommended as it is about 3k to the harbour,. Ate in the restaurant a couple of times, very friendly staff and not too expensive. Our two-bed apartment was well furnished and had a very spacious terrace, catching the sun most of the day if you didn't want to venture far

do not go in the low season nov - april as nothing is open and there is no activities. the restaurant is closed on site and nearby the shop is closed the sauna , jacuzi , steam room have all turned on on request and the jacuzi turns off after 10min - have to get out and request to be turned on - the pool is not really warm - the outside pool ihas no sun beds the pool bar is closed the place looks deserted there is a daily charge even though there is nothing open - day light robbery even in the peak season i would go to local hotels on the beach - the place is away from the beach and have to walk downhill and on return uphill - 15 mins walk going - and nearly 30 mins as it is steep and the safety deposit we could not use as they said it is risky as there has been breakin's - not a safe place then

We stayed over the Christmas week and the resort was very quiet. It meant that the restaurant and taverna were closed all week despite the details on the RCI website where an update could have been posted so that we were aware of this at the time of booking. It appeared all the guests were in the one block and this was noisy at times - scraping chairs really do go right through the floor.

Had a 2-bedroom apartment in Block K, near a lift. Great size apartment with large balcony and good views. Most are south facing so plenty of sunshine. All was clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Towels provided for use in pools. Poor wifi signal in most apartments - have to go to reception area to get good signal. No satellite television - only 6 channels with BBC1 and ITV. ( and couldn't get these when we were there). Not happy at having to pay 77 euros utilty fee (RCI exchangees) Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Large reception area with lots of settees and chairs. Can borrow books, DVDs, etc from here. Didn't try the indoor pool and spa. At this time of year, not many people staying there. Nothing happening - no activities, restaurant even closed whilst we were there. Resort is to North of centre of Paphos so a bit out of the way. Have a 10 minute walk to get back to main road where there is a good bus service. Had hire car so wasn't a problem. Not easy to find - directions given were not quite right. It is not signposted from main road as stated in directions we were given.

We missed 3 nights of the stay, not due to any technical issues but an unexpected event popped up. We informed the front desk oh the resort on the day we were supposed to check-in. We arrived on the 4th day of the stay, checked in without issue, however, the unit cleanliness has an issue as we see ants crawling on the table and on the floor, the front desk responded immediately and brought some cleaning spray to clean up and remove the ants as much as possible. He also assisted us in settling in, as there were no sheets or pillow cases in the room but just 2 extra pillows and blankets. The tap is the kitchen is leaking whenever the tap is on, we are not impressed with that. Later on we borrowed some DVDs from the front desk to watch in the room, again to our disappointment nothing works, all 5 DVDs does play in the player! We again approach the front desk, they gave some excuses of DVD format may be incompatible. We then asked for a DVD player replacement so we can watch some movies in the evening, however nothing happened, no spare DVD was available apparently. So I would say we are not quite happy on the 1st impression. Later on we were at the front desk asking about the local attractions, Madam Debbie gave us a very good briefing and recommended a good restaurant which we went and enjoyed a Cypriot meze dinner. We informed her about our issues in the unit, she said they missed to refresh the unit as we did not inform them in advanced, which was NOT the case as we did call the resort before hand, then she admitted message was not passed on to the house keeping team, this is another disappointment. Subsequent few days were all OK and no more surprises, house keeping was done on daily basis to our satisfaction level. Checking out also a breeze, the resort even allowed us to do a late check out till 2pm without surcharge, that was really appreciated and a very kind gesture. After all, this is not the best experience, a few hiccups upon check in, otherwise, we are happy with the stay. Another note, especially in the winter season, all restaurants in the resort closed, swimming pool is not heated enough for a swim, and the unit we stayed in I.e. 102 is quite noisy from a pump noise from time to time, not sure where is the noise come from.
