Chateau de Seguenville provides extremely spacious accommodation with bedrooms larger than we are perhaps used to in the modern age. Not surprisingly the website offers very favourable images of the Chateau which does now have an air of ‘faded grandeur’. Madame Lareng speaks good English and is extremely helpful in her advice. The Haute-Garonne region provided some of the loveliest...

This is a very hard review for me to write because I realize that it involves someone’s livelihood. I will report our experience at this chateau in the most honest way that I can. I cannot imagine how difficult it is to manage one of these chateaux and make a living. My family of four, two sons ages 12 and...

Our charming host Madame Marie Lareng, hopped in her car to meet us after I 'phoned to advise that we had taken a wrong turn, in the darkening evening. She showed us to our lovely ample sized bedroom ( the beds and pillows proved to be very comfortable). The huge bathroom with a lovely old marble topped wash stand contained...

I stayed here for three nights. The evening meals cooked by the hostess Marie were great and the breakfasts generous. The rooms were large, clean and the beds comfortable. A most enjoyable stay.

We only stayed one night on our trip through France, but wish it could have been longer. Very quiet, peaceful country location. Ideal for relaxing. Such a friendly reception and a lovely leave clean room sympathetically renovated. The chateau is full of character. Great breakfast with homemade preserves. We would definitely return.

Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, warm & comfortable. The staff are welcoming & friendly. Breakfast was a choice of pastries, cereals, breads , delicious homemade preserves, tea or coffee, juice , fresh fruits & yoghurt. Couldn't ask for more!! The views of the area are stunning, and having a donkey too as a family pet is very homely!...

We enjoyed the Chateau being in the French Countryside. A great place to stay if you have a car with easy access and ample parking not far from Toulouse. The room and bath was over sized and very clean. Marie was very helpful and kind and had a lovely breakfast. We stayed four days and were happy with the whole...

stayed in the Chateau in June 2006. Friendly hosts, beautiful location and grounds. Gorgeous rooms, filled with lovely furniture, and with huge bathrooms ensuite. Great breakfast the following morning. This was a real gem of a property and I wish I could have stayed longer
