The Firs is a very friendly Bed & Breakfast accommodation. I was greeted by Mandy when I arrived and shown the lounge area, the dining room and of course my room for the night. Once I settled in to my room, I came down to the lounge that had a very comfortable sofa. I was not only given a hot drink, I was offered a bowl of soup too which I was not expecting but was welcomed after a days traveling. The bed was very comfortable too and I slept very well. The breakfast was a full English, and it certainly set me up for the day. Mandy the owner of the B & B was not only very friendly but helpful too, as she offered me a lift to the railway station to catch my train. Overall a superb place to stay.

My husband and I recently stayed here for our friends wedding in Newark, it was a fantastic B&B and Mandy the owner was so accommodating. She couldn't do enough for us and the rooms were clean and well kept. The facilities on site where lovely. I would highly recommend this B&B and would definitely stay again. Mandy even let my two young boys pick apples from the orchard to take home and make apple pie!

My partner and I had a lovely stay here earlier this month. The host was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The place had a warm, homely atmosphere without it feeling like you were invading someone's home. Breakfast was fabulous and all our needs were catered for. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would do so again.

The Firs is a lovely place, in a very quite and secluded area of Nottingham. The owner - Mandy is a gem of a person, the bedroom was clean and very comfortable. After a good nights sleep wake up to a full English breakfast...yummy...All in all a very nice place to stay

Best B&B we have every stayed in. I would recommend it to anyone staying in that area. The ensuite double is the one we stayed in. The breakfast was a full english and very tasty. Would suit a couple or family, with a car.
