We booked the hotel for an 80 people business event. We practically had to beg the staff over 10 times over 1 hour to bring additional chairs. One of them female staff told me that it's my fault because we didn't to them we might have 10 additional people. What kind of hotel doesn't have 10 extra chairs? It's a...

It was one of the best hotels in the middle east and does not need much to regain its place. The rooms are big but average quality and need some revamping, especially the AC. Food is very good and generosity is clearly shown. People are nice and helpful. A wonderful scenery of beirut and you can have a peaceful cup...

Al Bustan is an older, elegant hotel at the top of the hills in Beit Mery, providing an excellent view of Beirut and the water. Sunsets are unbelievable. Very clean and comfortable, with coffee, tea, pastries in your room. There is a comfortable sitting area for the view below. The onsite restaurant has a great breakfast, and really good wood-fired...

The night shift "manager" is rude and not welcoming at all. It s one of the bad check-in ever made in lebanon, specially that they have most of the time empty occupancy at least they should be much more welcoming

A very cosy and clean hotel, old and very well organized, from the balcony I saw a huge part of Lebanon "all Beirut and other places", the greenery is unbelievably beautiful, from there I could be inside the clouds, the only problem that I faced there that they don't have a verity of the vegetarian food, so I had to...

Il Giardino is the Italian restaurant at al Bustan. With its open kitchen u can see the lovely pastas and pizzas being prepared and on the other side with its open views you can enjoy the view of the sea, the airport and beirut. The food is great and the service is genuine.
