Obviously we were there to visit Legoland Billund resort. We had a spacious family room. The kids loved the little pool just outside our windows. Very happy with the breakfast. July 2014 was hot so air conditioning would have been useful. Luckily you can open the windows. There is a grocery store next to the hotel. It is open until...

We spent three days here and will never return. The hotel is small and dirty. When was it last renewed? 1970? The pools are small, dont be deceived by the web pictures. Breakfast is simple. Positive: about 15 minute drive to Lego parks. Its located in a ghost town without a living person in sight. Nothing to do here. Small...

We stayed here for 2 nights. Very friendly staff. Everything looks a little old but the room, restaurant and the hotel is clean. We had dinner in the restaurant. Food was good but a little salty. Breakfast was good. A lot to choose and more then enough. Fresh baked bread, fresh fruit, egg, milk, juice and so on. Close to...

Good food, warm staff, and a nice place to stayover. The interior design is kept in red carpet retro style, with spaceius rooms. The hotel could be a paralelle to a cowboy hotel in Las Vegas with a couple of horses parked outside. But nope. You are in friendly nabourhood with no indians and lots of nice people. The hotel...

The stay at this hotel was connected with our trip to Legoland, which is located within about 15 kms' range. We chose Margharete mainly due to the fact that it wasn't too expensive and provided a swimming pool. When the check-in day came, and we arrived at our destination, we saw a rather shabby building, which even at the first...

This hotel is great if you look for a place to stay for one night between Legoland and Loveparken (Lion Park) Givskud. The staff is friendly and the rooms are good. On the plus-side is a pool if you have children along. Everything works but you can't blame the hotel for being trendy.... Everything looks as things did in the...

We spent our Easter holiday at Legoland in Billund, Denmark and stayed at Hotel Margrethe in Gadbjerg for 2 nights. The hotel was okay, check in went fast and effectived. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well heated and spacious, but needs an upgrade. Beds were clean, as well as the bathroom. The floor was not vacuum...
