Sunset Holiday Villas are two beautifully furnished units situated on the Arthur River. They each contain a full kitchen, two bedrooms ( 1st queen & 2nd two singles ), living area and balcony. Able to sleep 6 ( with the fold out sofa ). They both offer amazing river & ocean views, with the tranquillity of the North West.

Stayed for 2 nights in March 2023 whilst in Arthur River for the Red Boat trip. Shared Villa 2 with friends. Spacious unit with one queen and two singles. Everything you need in a stunning location. Very clean and comfortable. Good shower and hot water. Beautiful views to the ocean and the river. In a quiet street. Walked across the bridge to the boat jetty. Limited dining options in Arthur River. Small takeaway store (fish and chips) or a 15km drive to the tavern. Best to bring your own supplies. Very peaceful, would definitely recommend and stay again. Good communication from host, Stephen.

Riding the west coast from Corinna to Arthur River on one of the hottest days of the year was tough. Katrina from Sunset Villas had gone out of her way to help us with some very needed provisions left in the fridge. Great service. Fabulous location. Really comfy beds. Clean and well appointed villa with a great view and a washing machine to remove the dust and grime from our cycle kit. Absolutely perfect. In fact outstanding. 😊👍

We had a good stay for one night despite buckets of rain. Walking distance to the Edge of the World. Would recommend. Spacious, with kitchen washer and very clean. Stephen very nice - came all the way to fix the hot water. Happy with it.

Property was superb! Spotlessly clean, well equipped & owner was polite and efficient. Location was A1 and couldn't fault the comfort of the bed and quality of amenities. Views of beach and surrounds were beautiful and close lots of lovely walks close by. Highly recommend!

Large 2 bedroom with nice views and great inclusions. As a photographer, loved the coastline around Arthur River and thoroughly recommend at least 1 night stay & thoroughly recommend Sunset Villas as a place to stay

We spent four nights at Sunset Villas in Arthur River while touring the north west of Tassie. Great views of the river and out to the ocean from the balcony, the unit is well set up, clean and comfortable we would have loved to stay longer. Self check in was easy and worked well. Great value.

We only spent a night here but all was well. Extremely clean with pleasant views. Our booking reservation instructed to present it to reception on arrival but when we arrived there was no one there! Luckily a nearby very kind neighbour showed us where the key to our apartment was kept. There was a phone number to ring but we were on our UK SIM card so the kind gentleman rang and left a voicemail to say we’d arrived so all was well after a bit of a panic.

Sunset Holiday Villas were a wonderful surprise and a great place to stay. Clean, well appointed and with very comfortable beds, I can highly recommend them. With views over the river, we were made very welcome. The information provided was comprehensive - indeed, we ditched our plan to make our own dinner and purchased some yummy steak sandwiches from the local shop.

Spacious, comfortable accommodation with easy check in. All mod cons which allowed us to cook our scallops from Stanley. Just a reminder, minimise your overnight luggage as access up 2 flights of stairs, it is mentioned in the specs. central location for Edge of World & River Cruise
