Check in was quick but they clearly didn't want to do the foreigner registration (a plus with a minus - the theme of this review)
Room was nice but up 4 floors which is not very convenient when hauling stuff.
The room itself was ok, large enough and spacious, but the bathroom had no shower, just a tub with a spray hose. Very unusual.
Also, no curtains, so it's very bright from outside light. Need to wear an airline eye-shade to sleep. The "king" bed is actually two twins pushed together, so not very comfortable.
The banya complex is excellent.
The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were just too many "design" problems with this hotel. It's as if the owners or designers had never seen or stayed in a hotel when they built it.
Food in the restaurant was OK but uninspiring for breakfast and dinner. Service at dinner is slow.
Next time I'll try something different - I hope there's someplace better in Sheregesh.

Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate your feedback! The only room with a bath you got, all other bedrooms - walk-in shower. Each of our room is unique in its design. Also the other rooms have large double beds. Hope to see you again to have you appreciate the advantages of our other rooms!
