We stayed for two nights Friday and Saturday, it was so relaxing, just what we were wanting. Trish and Gordon were so accommodating we could not fault the place or the service. Food -there was heaps and the meals were scrumptious Even food left for us in the mini fridge and snacks were all included. No extra hidden cost. Cleanliness- we could not fault. Everything was spotless including the bathroom. Massage- Just the best. I would highly recommend a stay at Peppermint Springs.

My husband and I stayed for the Peppermint Springs Just Relax Spa Package and that is exactly what we did...RELAX. The hosts Trish and Gordon were absolutely amazing and such beautiful people!! We both had the best massages ever and finished off with a relaxing spa. Breakfast the next morning was yummy! The entire experience was fantastic!!! We felt very spoiled!! I'm so happy I discovered this place. Trish and Gordon honestly are the hosts with the most. From the second I got out of the car Trish and Gordon made me feel so welcome. The cottage is so warm and inviting, with its crackling wood fire, extremely comfortable king sized bed, comfy couches and giant spa bath you immediately feel like you're 'home'. Trish and Gordon's hospitality is second to none, you will not be left wanting for anything. Being fed their mouthwatering, freshly prepared home cooking was well and truly an experience I want to relive over an over again. I honestly thought I would have to be rolled back to Melb I was so well fed. I cannot wait to return to this gem of a place. Highly recommend :)

If you want true unobtrusive pampering, beautiful, comfortable, generous accommodation - and the best spa EVAH!!! and Trish's marvellous massage, facial and "footal"; great food - do not miss the apple pie, possibly the best pie crust I've ever had - beautiful surrounds, everything you could wish for right to hand, and two of the nicest people I've had the pleasure to meet, then this is the place to go. I can honestly say I have had the most wonderful, peaceful and restorative 3 days in their tender care, and I cannot thank them enough. They are also beautifully positioned so all the beauty and splendour of the Daylesford/Hepburn Springs area are within cooee.

Top quality in everything Home made food, massages the best I’ve ever had all over the world. Clean new linen and towels. A huge shower and spa bath. If you want to be pampered don’t look any further. Trish and Gordon a beautiful caring hosts who nothing is a problem to them. We keep coming back and the standard is always top quality. As soon as you arrive you will be relaxed.Trish and Gordon are so welcoming. The log fire is going, Champagne and chocolates are there on arrival, the fridge is full with cheese, croissants, yoghurt and refreshments. Everything is included, no hidden costs. We highly recommend the massages and the dinner. Trish and Gordon are the best chefs. They are using only quality, organic products. Marcus and I have been there 3 times and we can't wait to visit again.

Stayed at this beautiful cottage just minutes out of Daylesford and what a treat it was . Was very pampered by our hosts beautiful warm fire ,chocolates and so much more . My husband and I needed a relaxing weekend away and decided on Peppermint Springs in Daylesford. What a treasure of a place we discovered. From the moment of my first email to ask about availability to the end of our 2 night stay, we were so impressed with the level of customer service. My initial email was answered within the hour and booking made, as Trish then phoned me to organise what we actually wanted.. We booked a 2 night stay that also included a massage each and dinner prepared in our suite on the Saturday evening. We were greeted by Gordon ( a very special man) on arrival and shown all facilities available. Trish then arrived and gave us info on how to use the Spa and thermal shower. This couple REALLY know the meaning of hospitality. They are the most amazing people. The accommodation we stayed in was GORGEOUS. The photos on the website,whilst great, do not do justice to the place. Lovely wood fire, great spa, AMAZING FREE mini-bar. I could not think of anything we would have liked that was not already provided for us. Such an array of different teas/coffees, snacks, chocolates, cheeses and so much more. The dinner provided on our second night was fabulous. Amazing steak dinner cooked to perfection (by Gordon) and a dessert to die for. I could go on for ages about how special this place is. We came away feeling like we had made some new friends. I must also mention that Trish did our massage and what a great job. Have had massage heaps of time before and this one was certainly a great one. If you are considering a stay at Daylesford then this is the place to go. Only 5mins drive from the main shops of Daylesford, although you don't even really need to go there if you just want relaxation. Another great place right near here is Passing Cloud Winery. We did a quick stop there and was fabulous place.
