At this moment I have two lodge/cabins that have two bedrooms per lodge/cabin. Each lodge/cabin can be set up as two king beds or four king singles and a fold out sofa that works as a double. One of the cabins is handicap friendly with an extra bathroom to accommodate. The views from the accommodation are second to none, including Morton Bay, Glass house mountains and waterfalls.

The most breath-taking views! Stayed at Inspiration of Understanding and exceeded expectations. Appreciated the amazing service - Mel was an absolute delight and Dean was very helpful. You will love the attention to detail, very comfy bed and waking up to magnificent sunrise! We dined at Ocean Views Estate for dinner and lunch at Birches resto which complimented our getaway just beautifully. Very special place and cannot recommend enough!

We stayed in the Lovers and Dreamers cabin which was just fantastic where the views during the day were nothing short of fantastic and at night just perfect. If you want to get away from the hum drum and just relax in the perfect surroundings this is the place. We were met by the hosts who were extremely helpful and welcoming. The place name says it all - worlds away and yet so close to Brisbane.

What a place. Superb facilities whether camping or in a cabin; jaw-dropping views; serenity and THE place to re-charge.
Bring your best snacks, recipes and BBQ knowledge (it's self-catering) for an indulgent weekend or do as we did and cook breakfast only in the cabin and have decadent lunches at the restaurant in Mt Mee (or local wineries).
We didn't need much for dinner!
Our itinerary was pretty much: awaken to the awesome views, self-cooked breakfast in the cabin, morning hike, then to lunch at a local restaurant, feet up for the afternoon reading a book, light the fire later and relax, relax, relax....
We had 2 kids with us (8 & 5) and they had a ball. As a couple it would be ok as the cabins/sites are sufficiently 'isolated' and private.
Friendly and informative manager on site.
I have not seen better facilities (BBQ, projector, speakers, hammocks) for a facility that only has 2 cabins and 3 camp sites. This makes it the new "go-to" place for us.
Can't wait to go back.

Ideal for a private, peaceful or romantic getaway, close to Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. A very special place - you'll never get sick of the view. It is so well designed with beautiful finishes, gorgeous artworks and everything you need - all you need to do is bring the food and wine!
I booked on a whim after seeing it on Instagram and I am so glad I did - I'll be heading back for sure when the rat race gets too much again. Thank you Fiona, Dean and Harry the dog for sharing your beautiful part of Queensland.

We stayed at Worldsaway Retreat in the Lovers and Dreamers cabin for two nights. The views of the surrounding mountains including the "bush TV" always highlight to us that we need to connect more with nature. All the facilities are very clean and comfortable and include a well-equipped self-contained kitchen. There is also a barbecue on a large deck with hammocks for relaxation. It did rain on the first night but it felt that we were comforted by the peaceful tranquility and luxury of the cabin. Both Fiona and Dean were there to assist on anything else needed for us to explore in the area. We do enjoy our gourmet food and also we enjoyed the beer tour at Ocean View Estates which is only minutes away. In fact the Dayboro town is local and their butcher supplies the best sausages we have ever tasted, of course, with a wine. It really does not matter what you do when you are at Worldsaway, because you will be energised from the fresh air, rain water and local food.

After a comfortable 60 minute drive from Brisbane CBD you arrive at a beautiful location which features well appointed luxury cabin accommodation. This retreat is a 'must do' if you are looking for that special place to relax and unwind. Remote location with outstanding views to the coastline, no television and picturesque surrounds creates a perfect place for a relaxing weekend of music, reading and bush walking.

This modern cabin with a difference is awe inspiring from the moment you drive on to the property. Whether you're sitting at the outdoor bar table or gazing through the floor to ceiling single pane windows at the panoramic views of the valley below or the mountains and ocean in the distance, you won't want to look away... Or leave!!! Waking up in the middle of the night with the stars and moon glistening through your bedroom window makes the midnight loo run all worthwhile and so incredible that you don't want to go back to sleep 🤣
You can do as much or as little as you like. We enjoyed a buffet lunch at the Ocean View Winery only 5km from Worldsaway Retreat... There's even a local private car service for a fee if you prefer a few extra drinks at the winery. The cabin comes with everything you need including complimentary tea, coffee and milk. There's no TV so bring an iPad/laptop if you enjoy a movie to relax. The cabin although open to the surrounding nature, is very secluded and private.
Thanks to the owner, Dean who is super friendly.
We could not recommend this retreat any higher if we tried... We will be back... really soon.

Our accommodation was in the camping area. There are three great sites Heaven (the highest site), Stars (middle site) and clouds, the lowest and closest to the amenities block. We were on the stars site. All sites are powered with water, a fire pit with free wood and have a great view and are very private from other sites and the cabins. The amenities block is very clean and has a shower, toilet, fridge, washing machine, dryer & ice machine. To access the site you definitely need a 4wd and if you are towing a camper trailer you will definitely need low range as it is quite steep and a little tricky to access but was well worth the effort as the views are to die for and at night time the stars are so clear and great to watch the suburban lights. We were there on New Years Eve and it was great to watch the fireworks in different areas. Fiona was a great host and was helpful with information about the property. We look forward to returning to Worldsaway retreat soon.

A retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We felt 10 years younger when we left.
Breathtaking views of the Glass House Mountains and Morten Bay.
The cabins are extremely comfortable and fully self-contained.
There is an entertainment deck where you can sit and watch a DVD, or just chill out.
Some of the most spectacular sunrises we have ever seen.
Very eco-friendly
We will come back

Camping or huts I can't recommend this spot any higher. We will be back. For the adventure bound there is fun to be had with the cutest little trail guide named Harry. Breath taking views and spotless ammenities plus gracious hosts. We enjoyed our stay 👍
