This hotel is not the cheapest in the area however it is worth the money to stay somewhere clean, secure and close to the shops. One bedroom apartment had great amount of space where you can feel like it is a home away from home. One thing to remember it is close to RMIT uni so you may have a few students around.

Having lived in the NE suburbs of Melbourne and returning from a extended trip away, I needed somewhere to land to commence my search for and secure a new place to live. Quest Bundoora apartments are the perfect place to stay. The luxury of a daily turndown service and the convenience of a functioning kitchen and laundry (2 bedroom apt) was perfect for what I required. The convenient location to University Hill, Bundoora's shopping and the university would provide easy access to this by a very short walk.

Definitely exceeded my expectations. Staff member Maxine was great to deal with. Room was clean and very comfortable. I'll be returning again very soon. I do recommend using the WiFi inside building as mobile connection is weak and couldn't make normal phone calls unless outside.

Good location and facilities excellent. Not a lot of eateries but what there are are very good and well worth going to.
I’m staying here on and off for 6 weeks so I can attend hospital on a daily bases and this is exactly what I need in the right location close to hospital and after work.

This was our second stay at Quest Bundoora and it was excellent overall. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment for three nights. It was extremely spacious, well furnished, and very clean (exception noted below). It was in close walking distance to cafes, Coles, and a wide range of other shops. Wifi was excellent and we liked that we could sign into Netflix and YouTube easily from the main TV. We also appreciated having a dryer and washing machine, and having the ability to open the windows when we wanted fresh air! Checking in and out was very smooth.
We paid extra for reserved parking, and were glad we did, as the parking lot was otherwise full on one of the nights we stayed.
The only issues we had were
(1) Despite being very well cleaned by Housekeeping, the apartment had three varieties of cockroach in the pantry cupboard on arrival, and some in one of the main bathroom. We're hoping we didn't bring little friends home with us.
(2) We couldn't seem to get air conditioners running properly in both bedrooms simultaneously (if one worked it seemed the other didn't. I see no reason why this would be the case, but that was our experience. On the second night Joel from front desk (who was very professional and friendly) came to try to resolve it (and we thought he did solve it, until we tried to turn them both on again later), and on the third day we asked the front desk again - they sent someone up while we were out and seemed to have fixed it (as long as we stayed to certain settings)
(3) We were in a room directly opposite the lift, and the smell of cigarette smoke seemed to come up through the lift and sometimes into the apartment in the evenings.
None of these issues are big enough that it would stop us staying again (especially if the apartments are regularly fumigated!).

Quest Bundoora has a lovely quiet feel to it with very professional staff on hand to ensure your stay is very comfortable.
The rooms are small but comfortable and the amazing thing is that they provide actual cooking facilities and utensils. They provide more than the last holiday house we stayed at. Absolutely wonderful.

Not many places make your pet feel equally welcomed. Elvis truly enjoyed being the centre of attention. For a two night stay the pet cleaning fee was very expensive, much higher than similar accomodation i have stayed in previously.

This was my second stay at Quest Bundoora, on both occasions I was delegate at a conference at UniHill. Quest is very close by, and with secure undercover parking and ease of access to the footpath for walking to conferences it makes for a trouble-free stay for travelling into Melbourne from my rural home.
The staff are friendly and helpful. My room was bright (but not overly so), the bed was comfy, the shower was hot, and the hot chocolate sachet was on point.
The first (ground) floor is flat and easy for mobility from the footpath to the door of my room.
I look forward to returning next year.

We chose your motel after our daughter's recommendation. She was married the weekend we stayed with you and we needed rooms for 3 couples attending the wedding. The reception staff were lovely. Our Room was well presented and very clean and we were glad to use the secure underground parking. The only issue was that the smoke detector bllinked all night.

Thank you for your kind message, we have a local shuttle bus from Quest Bundoora which will happily drive you to local surrounds. The best way to arrive at Quest Bundoora is to take a taxi which is approximately $45...pending traffic, 20 minute drive. I'm sorry we can not help you with an airport transfer.
