Detailed Reviews
We were pleasantly surprised at everything that was supplied at Adelaide Hills Escape. Breakfast provisions; condiments; toiletries; kitchen necessities, extra blankets, clear instructions on how to use all equipment, information on what is around the local area and more. The host Brett has not missed a thing. The place was exceptionally clean and well maintained and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We cannot wait to return.

This the best place to stay! Brett is a thoughtful host who has everything to you feel special, welcome and very comfortable. He has truly thought of everything!
The guesthouse has lovely decor, a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. The extra touches from fresh baked bread and breakfast items to backpacks stocked with bike pumps to use with bikes he also has supplied for guests' use mean you have nothing to worry about but to relax!
We loved playing talks tennis and darts outside. The backyard space is perfect for entertaining and chilling with friends and family.
The location is perfect at end of the road. It is quiet and peaceful yet very close to all amenities.
Our only complaint is that didn't have more to spend at this lovely guesthouse.

Beautiful location close to many towns with great food/coffee.
Accommodation was fantastic and topped off with a friendly and approachable host. Brett was thoughtful enough to leave us some mountain bikes to ride during our stay.
Everything you could imagine was made available to us staying here, including games, movies, transportation and privacy.
We will certainly be working with Adelaide Hills Escape again for our next anniversary and would recommend working with the team to everyone.

+1
We stayed over the weekend for my birthday for one night and wished we had booked for longer. The host was super helpful with any questions or queries we had during our stay and the whole house felt super homely and comforting. There was even breakfast provided including eggs, bacon and apple juice. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a quiet retreat from the business of modern day life.

Having stayed in a lot of Bed and Breakfasts, the thing I always appreciate is attention to detail and this place has it all. A spacious place, every comfort has been thought of from washing and ironing facilities to robes for relaxing and black out blinds for a good night's sleep. Definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future.

This very well equipped, spotlessly clean, two bedroom guesthouse was perfect for our three night stay in Woodside. There were lots of thoughtful touches inside, and a spacious, covered outdoor area with darts and a table tennis table. Bikes for a ride around town, or along the nearby Amy Gillett Bikeway, were provided, too.
Generous breakfast provisions were supplied, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
We loved the country quiet, and whilst the guesthouse is behind the host's home, we had complete privacy.
Communication and information were great, and off and on street parking is available. Very fast, free wifi, as well.
Woodside has lots of close-by wineries, four coffee shops (we liked Avalon) and two bakeries.

From the moment we arrived Brett (Host) made us very welcome with precisely the right amount contact during our stay as we requested. We felt very much at home. Spotlessly clean, the guest house was warm, cosy, soft music playing and welcome signage and gifts on the table.
Breakfast was included with bread, condiments, muesli, milk and fruit. Enough to make ourselves sandwiches for lunch as well.
There was plenty of room to move with a courtyard to enjoy some sun and table tennis table to enjoy. The area has been designed for privacy and ease of access. I found the accessibility to lights, fans, air-conditioning and large TV with Netflix all too easy.
Nothing has been overlooked or left to chance. This was the perfect abode and host for a perfect mid week visit to the Adelaide hills with vineyards and quaint historic towns just a short drive from Woodside.
Thank you Brett

We had a fantastic stay. The accommodation was clean, had a comfortable bed, there was lots of space and was very private. There has been a lot of thought put into making sure guests have everything they need. The location was perfect for visiting local wineries.
