We stayed for 2 nights with our family. Is has a wonderful view to Serra da Lousa and it is near the Park where we can see the animals. It is a good hotel, not expensive for what you get. We had 2 communicating rooms. Cleaning could be better.
We just spent a week at the Hotel Parque Serra da Lousa. The hotel is located within a biological park, surrounded by lovely grounds. The staff is very helpful and extremely friendly. The waitresses always had smiles on their faces and were happy to fill all our requests. The rooms are very large and are kept very well. It was a delightful stay and we hope to return one day.
Only stayed for two days of meetings and work but I wish I wouldn't stayed longer! The rooms are spacious, very clean and well equipped. The beds are immaculate. But my favourite part was the bath tub! Big and awesome!! The staff is very friendly, the wi-fi works all the time and the quietness of the place makes it ideal. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful with a great amount of activities for every age. I got to visit the brand new ecumenical temple and the biological park with a great variety of animals for adults and children to enjoy. It is a trip I'm looking forward to do again!
The hotel is placed in a great place. The surroundings are fantastic, mainly if you like outdoor activities or have children. Our room with a double bed and an extra bed was very spacious and clean. I think all the rooms have a balcony, wich is nice. The staff is helpfull and the breakfast is complete. Wifi was one of the best I've had. There is an indoor poll and jacuzzi, very good, but around it there isn't much space. Overall this is a good hotel and hopefully they will build an outdoor pool...
