This is a new hotel and the prices are very reasonable. The best way to describe it is: modern, well designed, minimalist but with best location and comfort. The rooms are small but well designed and comfortable due to its luxury bed and bedding. Room is bare though, no bathrobe, no slippers, no coffee, tea or any beverages or snacks. Bathroom is equally small but surprisingly functional. My room has a river view, which is fantastic. In keeping with the hotel "minimalist" concept, do not expect fancy service, either. Staff is very young, friendly but so casual that sometimes, it is difficult to distinguish them from vacationing guests. All in all, this is a new, well designed venue with a minimalist vibe. yet, charming, functional and extremely comfortable. It grows on you. I will come back next time on business.

I had made a reservation at another resort, but had to change hotels in a hurry due to bed bugs, but here there are no bugs, no noise, the lounge has a dragon bridge view, and the room has a pink cathedral view. It was the last hotel I stayed in Da Nang, and I was so satisfied that I would want to stay at this hotel again if I come back. THO TUYEN DUNG HUONG Needless to say, the friendliness of the staff is great. We stayed in two rooms and left the key in the other room to lock it, so we talked to them and they made us an extra key. I have saved at many hotels. Some, I wanted to stay longer. Wink, I want to live here. I felt 25 years younger just checking in. It's a fun hotel. The rooms are quite small, minimally (but nicley) decorated but highly functional for their size. Two shades, one is blackout. The best and easiest to use TV system with some international channels and YouTube. Decent size bathroom and room is quiet. (Still hear honking, but not more than you would expect). Breakfast is awesome. I love the pho and sandwiches, eggs to order, cereal and yogurt, cheese and cold cuts , great juice blends and more. The 24-hour grab-n-go and Wink room lounge is great and food from yhe kitchen and drinks are priced reasonable and good quality. Nice laundry, fantastic gymn with a great view and shared workspace. All for a great value price. I hope other chains learn from everything this hotel is doing right. Oh and the staff...amazing! It seems they enjoy their jobs as a team ...they do any job needed to make the guest experience the best. Even housekeeping noticed us checking out the laundry and took time to make sure we didn't have any questions. I cannot say how much we are impressed with everything.

We arrived at around 11am. Check-in was a breeze but the front office staff was not very friendly. No smiles and we were surprised. We are also hoteliers so after travelling long hours on road, we were greeted with an unfriendly check-in lady. Anyway, the morning breakfast and evening staffs were exceptionally. They were friendly and smiley and brightens our day first thing in the morning. The bar staff was attentive and handed us tea spoons for our pudding when he realised we didn't take any and extra napkins when our table was out of napkins. We chatted with at least 2-3 staff and they said they were actually from the Riverside branch and were posted to the city centre branch to help during the peak morning hours. overall, we were happy with our stay, room was ok, bed and pillows are clean and comfortable.

I'm quite impressed with the staff here, everyone is very friendly. This is a self-service hotel model, so I'm quite comfortable staying here, because I don't like to ask others for help. The receptionist gave me a room right in the corner with 2 glass doors, the room was super clean and fragrant. There is a dryer available, but you have to bring a comb because the hotel room doesn't have one so you have to buy it from a vending machine.
