It’s frustrating…. I’ve spent many years staying in many hotels around the world for business and from the start, the hotel is a great little hotel with a friendly team, a great bar to sit down and work over a beer and reasonable facilities. It’s a shame they have the cheapest split beds available which rival the comfort level of a full Jetstar flight when you get stuck in a middle seat. The restaurant again, looks great and functional from the outside and that’s about it. The team mean well, but need training when busy and the kitchen really need a lesson in how to cook food fresh and deliver in a reasonable timeframe. I’ve stayed here twice and both times have been either cold food or burnt food. Invest in some new beds and improve the restaurant and this place is a winner. Until then, maybe drive the extra 10 minutes and stay in Parramatta.

Dear Trail39268807133, Thank you for taking the time to provide your valuable feedback. I have shared your comments with the kitchen and F&B teams in the aim increase & maintain a higher food quality. At the moment the hotel only has a handful of full king mattresses & the balance are split kings, having said that we are looking to replace these over the coming 12-18 months & we will be looking at a larger combination of full king beds & split kings due to the different types of groups & guests we have staying at the hotel. I do hope you will consider using us again on your next visit to the area & please feel free to let me know when are & i will try & arrange that you go into a room with a full king mattress. Thanks & regards, Shawn

Stayed overnight for a business trip. The room was clean and tidy. Lighting isn’t the best. Definitely need to find ways to add more light into the rooms especially the ground floor ones where you’re in a concrete box with only 1 small window to the outside world. Dinner was nice, and not too badly priced. However the Breakfast buffet was definitely overpriced for what you get.

Just spent the last 8 days at this hotel with 14 young baseball players and loved every minute of our stay. From the moment we checked in everything was no trouble for the staff. A warm greeting when we checked in with Ashleigh was continued by all staff especially Sidney whose customer service was first class. Breakfast was first class and they even opened early so we would not miss out. Meals in the evening were reasonably priced and well presented. Rooms were very clean, serviced regularly and had plenty of space. With a bar, restaurant, pool the hotel was a convenient located and an easy drive to other attractions. If you are looking to stay in western Sydney, look no further, highly recommended

stayed two nights for a family events with two kids staffs are very helpful and friendly rooms are motel styled with all the amenities ( microwave/minibar/kitchenette /plates etc) plenty of parking spots -unmonitored Until we find two cigarette butts on the bathroom floor!! complained to the reception- no apologies ! no formal replies No alternative options! I never seen a cigarette butts in a hotel- bathroom floor in my entire life !! that’s made the standards of cleaning beyond the question and it’s absolutely disgusting to know, someone smoking in the place , called non smoking and left their creepy stuffs ! not again !!

From when you park your car & see the great exterior of this hotel you know you’re in for a treat. A seamless check-in process and don’t forget your service NSW coupon for $50 off. Rooms are really nice with modern bathroom. Plenty of lighting and power points & mini bar if you wish. Beds softer and very comfortable. A tidy gymnasium and lovely pool area and inside billiards 🎱 pool table. Will stay again!

Over all the hotel was fantastic, the bed, the room all of it, the only thing I can say that is in anyway negative is the portion sizes in the restaurant. Location very handy for my sites. I will be using this hotel again.

Room was clean and tidy. Room service is lacking though. No coffee no sugar or milk left several times. Food from room service was unfortunately terrible. Chicken burger one bought and pizza the second. Both very poor Reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating

I stayed for one night , the room was good with a comfortable bed . The room wall design was different , with high ceilings , I liked it . Few days after the checkout I noted charges in my bank statement and on calling got to know that they charged for full room bar usage charges and on raising a concern they did sort it out . So just a word of caution , otherwise nothing wrong .
