We spend just 1 night there. After morning visiting Mayan Ruins we were looking for a place to rest in the afternoon. We saw 5 hotels nearby but this one was the best and not to expensive ( 900 MXN for triple room), with 2 nice swimming pools and nice view to the mountains. We stayed at room no 60...

Stayed here for two nights on a birding/ archaeology trip to Mayan sites. The hotel is very close (about 1 km.) from the entrance to Palenque. The grounds are well maintained but the rooms are just average. The staff was friendly. There are many hotels to select from in Palenque. I would suggest looking for something more interesting

Someone broke into our room while we where at the hotel's spa, all of our stuff was GONE including cellphones. The so called "security guard" claims he didn't see anything, they only have cameras at the front desk and I had to spend my birthday and the next day with just one pair of clothes talking to the police, it...

We checked into our hotel room just after 2:30pm. The location of our room (Room 69) was a little far from the parking area and we had to climb two flights of stairs to get to it. The room was quite dark but it was large and clean. It was located in a tropical setting and I could hear some...

The first impression of the hotel was good. the entrance was nice and reception friendly. After a tour inside it was clearly a nice hotel that was not receiving the maintance and care needed. The room was ok, not fancy but fair! We were going to leave thinking it was a good price benefit ( speacilly because of its location)...

The hotel is pretty average, no impressing room nor restaurant. The location is very convenient, 3km away from the ruins. In my opinion is a very good accommodation for families with kids, there is a big pool

spacious bungalows in a vast beautiful tropical garden with birds nesting on the roof; quiet, clean rooms; a swimming-pool, good breakfast, and restaurant; helpful staff; optimally situated near the palenque historical site. don't worry being in an oasis in the jungle :)

Fantastic king size bed, very clean sheets, changed everyday. Our room #42 had a small patio facing the swimming pool. Lots of scarlet macaws and other birds. We only stayed 3 nights ,wish we could stay longer . Restaurant had good breakfast and dinner. Very close to Palenqe ruins. I definitely recommend this place.

Shampoo, soap and body lotion provided. Breakfast has reasonable choices. Pool is ok , but the pool area is not too clean, cigarette ends, bottle tops and cotton buds on floor under poolside table, pool filter could do a better job. The room is in need of overhaul and bedding clean. Mozzie mesh on window needs replacing as it had...

I think as long as you know what to expect, everything will be just fine. EXPECT: bugs, tons of bugs. It's located next to a deep deep green area, full of life or full of nightmares (depends on your sense of adventure). I made a tarantula friend there. EXPECT: rustic environment, in a "good enough" comfortable place. DONT EXPECT: People...
