Room was clean, nice and big, comfortable bed and the location was perfect, right next to the beach and only 10 mins walk from the train station. The bar and restaurant was not open at the time but the breakfast was lovely.

Room clean, but shower head broken friendly staff but the whole b&b looked tired and need of updating. Breakfast was buffet but only cooked, bacon, scrambled egg, bake beans, hash browns, sausage but no cereals, fruit or yogurts which was disappointing.

On a recent 'trip down memory lane' visit with my mum, sister and niece, we walked from Margate to find our accommodation. After reading some of the reviews on here, we were a little apprehensive at what we might find, but we were all very pleasantly surprised! We were given a very warm welcome by Marc, and shown to our...

Stayed overnight at this B&B during Aug 2015 whilst attending a wedding reception here too. Great place, very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and though our room was small it was good enough to stop overnight. Reasonably priced. Happy to recommend. Had a great night too.

Comfortable room, hearty breakfast and a great atmosphere in the bar. The manager Mark is a whirlwind of manic madness who keeps his beer good and his customers happy. I was well relaxed before my conference the following day.

We visited the pub (not the b and b) and got the impression of poor service, slightly odd management, and somewhere that is almost always empty. No real ale and drinks were expensive. It has the feeling of a place being run down on purpose - perhaps there's a plan for it to be turned into private accommodation rather than...

My fiancé and I visited The Knot about a month ago and had a really lovely lunch, We had 'The Knot burger and fries. The meal tasted amazing although it was very quiet in there as we were the only customers. The meal was a little expensive too. We went back a week ago to have the same meal but...

Stayed here for a friends wedding. We booked in via the Bar, we were in the Arundale room, stairs going up were quite steep so would be difficult for elderly or disabled. Room was quite large, with a double and single beds. The double bed was pushed against the wall which meant I had to climb in and out via...

Located close to the sea at Westgate, ample parking, clean and tidy area, easy to find. Getting in to the accommodation through the door marked up as Reception proved to be the wrong door, apparently your suppose to use the door into the bar area. Anyway once in we were greeted by a friendly barman who showed us up to...
