The Redlands farm B&B is a very clean and comfortable place, all rooms are on suite and no noise! The breakfast was very good nicely cooked and hot! The British motor museum is very close by (less than 1 mile) the hosts are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again. Also Warwick and Stratford upon Avon are...

Booked for the night at Redlands on the way home from Derbyshire and weren't dissapointed. We had a warm welcome from Ann who was very helpful. The rooms were very spacious and with everything we needed. The breakfast cooked by Richard was superb and set us up for the day, will certainly stay again if in the area.

Generous sized ground floor bedroom with large en suite and very comfortable bed. Access to garden with outside seating ideal to wind down in after a busy day. Friendly helpful hosts who felt like old friends within a few minutes. Great breakfast, good location near Warwick and Stratford, easy to find and plentiful safe parking. Would strongly recommend.

Well what can I say. Redlands is a grey place to stay. Not too far from Warwick or Stratford, Redlands is welcoming and comfortable. We only met Richard, who was a perfect host. We had the adjoining family room that had a four poster! Slept like a log. Richard recommended The Antelope Inn for dinner. It was good to see...

Stayed just the one night at Ann & Richards B&B whilst visiting Gaydon. The room was very clean and well equipped and the bathroom modern. Good breakfast. Only slight hitch was that there was no internet, other than that a good stay.

This is the second visit to Redlands Farm, it's a lovely B&B out in the countryside, it's immaculately kept, and all rooms are on suite. The breakfast are lovely, there is plenty of it cooked freshly by Richard and served by Ann, a nicer couple you couldn't wish to meet, and we have already provisionally booked again for next year....
