Stayed here for one night for the purpose of attending a show at the new & adjacent Coliseum theatre. Hotel is in a great location for the theatre & Rooty Hill RSL club precinct. Older style hotel which has had a décor makeover. Reception staff were friendly & efficient. Rooms were airy, quite & comfortable without unnecessary opulence. Bathroom was huge with a very large shower & good water pressure. Free soft drink mini-bar & espresso pod machine in the room. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was superb with a very large selection and hot food was plentiful & fresh despite being very busy. Price of the stay was perhaps on the higher side of normal but I'm assuming it was inflated due to the simultaneous live show performing that night in the adjacent theatre.

Accomodation, service and the staffs ticks all the boxes!

I felt privileged to pay extra being a member of Accor each year when I get the service from this hotel. Sadly, most 5 star luxury Accor hotels doesn’t this days.

Briefly:
Accomodation: spacious, clean, immaculate, shower pressure is great including the temperature. Housekeeping ladies are trained in Fiji, they smile all the time and say hello everytime you walk pass them. Complimentary waters are in the fridge chilled (not many hotel doesn’t do this) toilets and bathroom are also spacious. My room (312) are one of those rooms that are interconnecting, it wasn’t sound proof so I could hear people talking from another room. I did not mind this as I was by myself.

Front office: where should I begin? From pre check in phone calls to the phone call to advise when my room was ready. Early check in was easily accommodated and the staff were very knowledgeable about the property and the area. Whatever time you attended the front office, I get the help I needed. This also included the night auditor. Most probably don’t care about this but there are some extra charges when you pay on credit cards. This hotel has a sign at the front desk to advise you of this. Most hotels around the world and especially Australia default their charges to credit card. Staff at this hotels actually asks this when you pay. This makes a difference.

Restaurant and Bar: with the nice set up bar and restaurant - OMG I swear everything was homemade, delicious! good options of buffet and well run.

Car park - more space to park

Lift - very fast and easy to access.

I shared a beautiful dinner with family at the Novotel. Even enjoyed a cheeky Expresso Martini with the other Sagittarian in my family. The service was wonderful and we all felt looked after even my 14yo son who is really fussy, we all wiped our plates clean and we didn’t even have room for dessert. I recommend you try it I really enjoyed the steak and topped off with a great discount for being an Accor member so happy birthday to me 👍

I used the Accor site to book as I always do instead of going through the normal channels and when I arrived I asked for the 10% discount we always get as RSL club members and was told that unless I ring them direct and DON'T go through the Accor site they can't give it to me. I then asked if everything was locked in at the Accor site why did we have to write everything from scratch instead of them using the info provided and was told the site wasn't very good. I then asked to speak to a manager and the yound lady laughed at me and told me she was the manager and no I couldn't speak to anyone else.

Made a late booking here. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. When we arrived James gave us good advice and looked after us very well. The hotel is clean, comfortable and without exception all the staff are delightful. The restaurant is great for breakfast. The rooms are very spacious, facilities are clean, beds comfortable with a selection of pillows. The carparking is complimentary and check out was super quick. I think Novotel Wset HQ is a hidden gem and despite 3 days notice the room rate was very acceptable

I cannot believe it. They supplied a charging point for my Ionic then the room on the top floor could have accommodated a whole family. Kitchenette and everything. My real need not free breakfast but an espresso machine all there.

The only very slight problem is that the club (no restaurant at hotel) does not honour the members' discount for meals. Shame. But there is an absolutely fantastic Filipino restaurant nearby that has amazing meals. Cucina Manila. Amazing seafood buffet.

Stayed for two nights for business. The room was quite large was clean. The minibar here had free soft drinks and water. The pod coffee machine was also a welcome addition however the milk frother had a stale smell so I didn't use it. The restaurant was closed on a Monday night however I was able to charge back from the eateries at the club next door with no issue.

Here for a few nights for work commitments and it is a very pleasant surprise to find this hotel. Modern, clean, tidy, very spacious and the service has been great.
Next door to the RSL so you could stay when watching one of the shows, eat street next door with a good range of different foods to choose from.
Plenty of parking and a very nice and quiet rooms with a good mattress for sleep.
Well done Novotel I will stay again

I stayed at the Novotel two weeks ago and left two valuable watches locked in the safe. Housekeeping were amazing in recovering the watches and keeping them safe. Georgette, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, diligently wrapped/packed my watches and returned them to me express post. I really appreciate the effort Georgette and the team went to in returning my watches. It's good to see honest people, so grateful.

From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and accommodating. As Accor members we were given an upgrade to a beautiful spacious apartment with a fabulous balcony. It was so lovely, comfy bed, enormous bath and great shower. Complimentary soft drinks and water in the fridge. A nice touch. We really enjoyed it all. We stayed because of a show at the coliseum. Had a few pre dinner drinks next door at the RSL and ate at the gorgeous menu 33 at the Novotel. We had a great time and can’t wait to return. Great rooms. So very clean and spacious. There is a small kitchen in the apartment if you want to cook but with a great restaurant on site and the club next door there is really no need. Well done.

Sorry, but I really couldn't say. Our event was only 5 minutes drive from the hotel. I would trust the opinions of the staff though, they are, in my experience, willing to make the effort to get the right information for you.

They do but not many rooms have them. You have to request them & unlikely you'll get one unless you are a executive corporate guest.
