Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

This was a lovely get away. The ambience is beautiful and restful. We stayed in a room in the old bank which was decorated in memoirs and beautiful furniture from the past. The bathroom was quite large with a free standing old style bath. I was provided with a herbal bath sachet so had a luxuriant soak. There was a sitting room with games and a television so I could leave the room and have quiet time. Port was also provided for a night tipple. A yummy cooked breakfast and Barista coffee was provided for a modest fee. Overall a wonderful experience with the hosts Keryn and Andre.

Welcomed back with love and friendship, best morning coffee in the world served with the greatest love and morning jokes. Our breakfast was certainly worth waking up and getting out of our warm beds for. Thank you all so much for sharing your wonderful hospitality with us. Looking forward to our next visit.

Such a beautiful little place to stay after a long drive. Andre was fantastic to deal with, and communication was great. We spent the night in a cottage, and the setting and surrounds were truly beautiful. Would love to come back when the jacaranda was flowering. I am sure that would be a truly magical sight. A lovely place with all the comforts of home. Thankyou

We recently spent another fabulous weekend at the beautiful Sweet Briar B&B! It is our absolute favourite B&B with the most amazing hosts, Keryl & Andre! They always go above and beyond and we leave feeling like part of their family! Beautiful accommodation, gorgeous gardens, divine breakfasts and the best barista coffee every morning! Coolamon is a treat with great places for meals and lovely little shops to explore! We’ve stayed at many B&B’s in Australia (& overseas - back when that was a thing!) but Sweet Briar is just extra special! We now make it an annual event and look forward to our next visit all year :)

At very short notice we stayed at this lovely B&B for two nights. The hosts are just wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was top notch and topped off by the beautiful setting. There is so much to do in this area. We will be back for more exploring and will certainly be staying at Sweet Briar on our return visits.

This B&B was the best place we stayed on our Central NSW road trip. Andre and Keryl were such warm and welcoming hosts. The house, an old bank building, is just gorgeous. Our room was styled beautifully and extremely comfortable. The photos show it just as it is. Very well maintained and a labour of love! Very cosy sitting area for guests with TV. Tea making facilities in the dining area with a fridge for guest use. Breakfast was delicious! Cereals, juice, fruit, bacon or smoked salmon with eggs. We cannot fault this property. Excellent value.

We visited Coolamon for the first time and were lucky to discover this B&B in the Main Street. The hosts Andre and Keryn are a welcoming pair & well presented! The gardens are delightful & the rooms are charming. The price was very reasonable & included a delicious cooked breakfast. Perfectly located. We cannot wait to visit again.
