Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This B&B was the best place we stayed on our Central NSW road trip. Andre and Keryl were such warm and welcoming hosts. The house, an old bank building, is just gorgeous. Our room was styled beautifully and extremely comfortable. The photos show it just as it is. Very well maintained and a labour of love! Very cosy sitting area for guests with TV. Tea making facilities in the dining area with a fridge for guest use. Breakfast was delicious! Cereals, juice, fruit, bacon or smoked salmon with eggs. We cannot fault this property. Excellent value.

Beautiful accommodation set in a stunning environment with beautiful gardens. Andre and Keryl are crazy friendly and informative and we had the best breakfast we had on our trip. The cottage was great - comfy AND warm with a cracking water pressure in the hot shower (something I always note). They had so much attention to detail in the way everything was presented we didn't want to leave! Cannot go wrong in booking this place!!

We visited Coolamon for the first time and were lucky to discover this B&B in the Main Street. The hosts Andre and Keryn are a welcoming pair & well presented! The gardens are delightful & the rooms are charming. The price was very reasonable & included a delicious cooked breakfast. Perfectly located. We cannot wait to visit again.

This was a lovely get away. The ambience is beautiful and restful. We stayed in a room in the old bank which was decorated in memoirs and beautiful furniture from the past. The bathroom was quite large with a free standing old style bath. I was provided with a herbal bath sachet so had a luxuriant soak. There was a sitting room with games and a television so I could leave the room and have quiet time. Port was also provided for a night tipple. A yummy cooked breakfast and Barista coffee was provided for a modest fee. Overall a wonderful experience with the hosts Keryn and Andre.

At very short notice we stayed at this lovely B&B for two nights. The hosts are just wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was top notch and topped off by the beautiful setting. There is so much to do in this area. We will be back for more exploring and will certainly be staying at Sweet Briar on our return visits.

Such a beautiful little place to stay after a long drive. Andre was fantastic to deal with, and communication was great.
We spent the night in a cottage, and the setting and surrounds were truly beautiful. Would love to come back when the jacaranda was flowering. I am sure that would be a truly magical sight.
A lovely place with all the comforts of home. Thankyou
