We stayed at the Balm Beach resort two nights. Mark (the owner) was absolutely terrific. The resort has a parking lot, a number of rooms with kitchenettes which was great. There are a couple of barbecues at the back guests can use. We had a good time.

Kudos to the owner Mark and his friend Gail....my husband and I were extremely happy with the resort....we both grew up spending our summers at the beach. This resort was exactly what needed. If you needed anything Mark or Gail made sure it was available. The beach is directly in front of you...all you have to do is walk across...

We stayed at the Balm Beach Resort, so close to the beach. Lots of night life after the sun goes down. The kitchenette was so great in the room. The owner was friendly and the room was clean. The bed was comfy and the motel was rated good pricing. The town of Tiny was cool.

We stayed 3 nights in our tiny room haha. It was tight, but had everything we needed. Mainly the location was prime right on the water. The owners were nice & helpful. We also enjoyed the campfire they put on every night. And the local arcade, resturant & tavern overlooking the water.

I'd like to say that I think the place is fine, I love the arcade that was near the beach and the stores, but what I didn't like was how the Beach was rocky. It was not the best for swimming. Also, the resort I was staying at was too small, with a big cost. I do not recommend claustrophobic...

I loved being right at the beach and walking distance to anything else I needed. Didn't start the car for three days! Ok rooms with good beds. There's a nice open courtyard feel, and a nightly campfire.

This motel is for people who enjoy a simple, family spot that is steps from the beach, snacks, several restaurants/taverns and just 20 minutes from groceries, drug store, LCBO, etc. The beach across the street is clean as is the water, and Nottawasaga Bay (Georgian Bay) is gorgeous with a (mostly) sandy bottom. Very clean and family friendly. If you...

My friends and I have been staying at this resort for the last three years. I love the location. The rooms are clean and the grounds are well maintained. Mark, the owner is accommodating. Resort has a nice fire-pit and a couple of full propane bbqs. Will keep coming for years to come. Book in advance!
