Because of the Rugby World Cup all B&B around Cardiff were full. Pentre Tai Farm was the only B&B with a room available but with high price. Anyway I booked the room before missing it. Too bad : the room was ok in the way we had a bed to sleep in and a cooked breakfast in the morning, but...

.We stayed at the Pentre Tai farm in September 2014 for a wedding.weekend. The accomodations were clean and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and provided suggestions on local attractions and readily gave us advice on how to get around the area and take the train to Cardiff. Our room had a beautiful view of Welsh farm fields, We took...

We enjoyed a nice stay in this B&B. The rooms are very spacious but lack a bit of decoration to give them an extra dimension. The hosts serve a delicious breakfast accompanied with a nice chat. The only disadvantage was that we experienced some problems with the WiFi.

Very nice place to stay with warm friendly hosts, clean and well equipped rooms and a spacious en suite with lots of hanging space and drawers. A hearty breakfast was provided with good humour by George., Highly recommended,

Stayed on business for 3 days. Arrived as planned at 21:30hrs on a Sunday. Met my needs perfectly. Comfortable double bed, very roomy bathroom with walk in wardrobe. Very quiet. Wi Fi @ 3.5Mbps. It was explained to me that I would have to run the hot water for some time to get hot but that was fine – just...

The B&B at Pentre Tai Farm came as a very pleasant surprise. We'd been looking for somewhere to use as the base for a mountain biking weekend and we were referred to Pentre Tai by another B&B. We only really needed somewhere low-cost and convenient - which indeed it was - but we also found spacious, comfortable rooms, a pleasant...

We stayed and the campsite in a tent to see Bruce Springston at the Millenium Stadium. The site is situated in the countryside just 16 miles from the Stadium, ideal. The site is quiet and the owners very friendly. Nice flat grass pitch, a shower and toilet. Good pubs for food in the village, we ate at the Friendly Fox....

Springs protruding through the mattress,no sheets on spare single bed, drunken guests in adjacent room trying to get into our room, dirty kitchen, misrepresented on website with farmstay logo. How do they get away with it? Worst stay in a month holidaying in the UK. Just does not compare with the rest. Hosts tired and disinterested.

My teenage son and I stayed here when visiting his prospective uni in Cardiff, and it really is the nicest B&B I've ever stayed in. Our twin room was spotlessly clean, light and well-furnished, with a huge, airy bathroom and views over the farm. Downstairs is a very large sitting room and conservatory for guests, where breakfasts are served and...
