We've stayed in B&Bs for 20+ years and I think Kimeret Place is the best ever - anywhere. The setting is so beautiful but is overshadowed by the hospitality from Jo and Peilin. From the moment we arrived we felt like special friends and they went out of their way to make every bit of our stay perfect. Jo's breakfasts...

My husband and I spent 2 nights in this wonderful B&B. Jo could not have been more helpful. Our large room which included a sitting room, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom was beautifully and comfortably appointed. Jo is a graduate of Cordon Bleu so breakfasts were amazing and she catered to our vegetarian needs. She even baked the morning croissants...

Kimeret is a quiet, clean and beautiful place. My wife Marijo and I stayed 3 nights. We highly recommend booking here. The views from here are magnificent. To top it off there is a winery across the street. The hosts made us feel like we were special guests. Thank you Jo for the great food, your kindness and for making...

We rented the cottage for four nights. The cottage overlooks a tidal estuary, and is both comfortable and attractively furnished. Jo is a remarkable hostess, concerned about every aspect of Kimeret Place. The breakfast is extraordinary with cold fruit and yoghurt, plus a splendid breakfast prepared by Jo, a Cordon Bleu trained chef. Internet worked perfectly and the cottage offered...

I just realized that I never wrote a review about our 3 nights stay on christmas 2013. We are still thinking very often about this stay and how wonderful it was. We had booked the Christmas special which included 3 nights, breakfast, dinner on 12/24, lunch basket for christmas day and bbq for dinner on christmas day. Gill is an...

Jo greeted us as we pulled up and made us very welcome. The setting is delightful , overlooking the Waimea Inlet. Jo was very helpful in discussing options to discover the local area and once we had chosen what we wanted to do , Jo made the bookings. The bedroom was large and well equipped with a jacuzzi bath. Jo...

This was one of the best B&B's we stayed at during our recent visit to NZ - the new hosts were very friendly and helpful in planing our 3 day stay. Breakfast was better than you could get in a 5 star hotel. We would absolutely recommend this B&B if you are going to be in the Nelson area. The...

This is the most wonderful B&B, perfectly situated for Abel Tasman National Park, but within reach of Nelson too. Fantastic views from the lovely rooms; cordon bleu breakfasts and very attentive hosts. Such a lovely memory for us both.

An amazing B&B, great location, great rooms with amazing attention to detail, breakfast superb. Friendly host, willing to sort out excursion bookings, give suggestions of what to do. All four of us loved it. Highly recommended - BUT - the B&B relies on a fantastic hostess who knows when to be there and when not to be there. The business...

A simply perfect Christmas. The food (included in package) was exceptional and the treats (after noon tea cake & biscuits) in room were delightful. Gill was a fantastic hostess and we felt as though we were honored family guests. There are not words adequately to describe how wonderful this B&B is and the new owners will have a very hard...
