We didn't even stay at the hotel. But we had a terrible experience with the reservation. We planned to stay for the October 12th holiday. We made the reservation and received the confirmation email. The day before the trip we called to extend it for another day and were informed that our reservation had been canceled. They didn't send us an email and didn't communicate to us in any other way. We only heard about the cancellation because we called the day before. When we complained we were very poorly attended and treated. They said that the lack of notice of the cancellation was a system error. We would take a long car ride to get there and not have a reservation. Bad customer service. I definitely don't recommend it.

We did book this for a cycling race and it was a great choice. Location is unbeatable, close to the intersection where you go to different attractions of the region, and to restaurants and shops. The staff (as pretty much everyone in the region) is incredibly friendly and happy to help - they even helped us taking our bikes in their truck to Armenia - a 30 min drive, at no cost. Only complaint was privacy in the room - we had the ones with lower rates and you could see and hear from the outside.

Not clean at all and not worth it even if we have reserved on april they didn’t clean or do the maintenance of the jacuzzi so we could not used it but we paid the most expensive room. So disappointed about this and so expensive just for watching the jacuzzi

This beautiful hotel has friendly, attentive staff, delicious food, and can help coordinate a local guide for day trips around Armenia. We loved our time here! When we were tired from riding horses in the Andes or exploring a coffee farm, we enjoyed our personal jacuzzi or the lovely pool on the grounds.
